Yeilk stood victorious, his sword raised high in the air as his opponent bowed in defeat. The crowd cheered, and Yeilk's chest swelled with pride. He was a skilled warrior, and it was clear that his opponent had underestimated him.

But Yeilk's triumph was short-lived. A commotion broke out at the edge of the training grounds, and Yeilk's head snapped towards the sound. "Yeilk!" Rubes' voice was shrill with panic.

Yeilk's heart sank as he rushed towards Rubes. The scene that greeted him was one of chaos and bloodshed. Rubes was covered in blood, and Althea lay motionless in Rubes' arms. Yeilk's anger flared to life as he took in the sight of Althea's pale face.

"What happened?" Yeilk demanded, his voice low and deadly.

Rubes' eyes welled up with tears. "The guards... they came out of nowhere. Weick and Luiw didn't make it." Yeilk's grip on his sword tightened as he struggled to contain his rage.

The healer rushed over, and Yeilk gently lifted Althea into his arms. He carried her to his home, his heart heavy with worry. Rubes followed close behind, her eyes fixed on Althea's face.

As they entered Yeilk's home, the healer began to examine Althea's wounds. Yeilk's anger simmered just below the surface as he watched the healer tend to Althea's injuries.

"Is she going to be okay?" Yeilk asked, his voice tight with concern.

The healer nodded. "She will survive, but I think her arm is dislocated." Yeilk's jaw clenched as he watched the healer tend to Althea's wounds.

Rubes sat on the floor beside the bed, her eyes fixed on Althea's pale face. Tears streamed down her face as she struggled to come to terms with the reality of the situation. Yeilk rested a hand on her shoulder, but it only seemed to make her cry harder.

The healer asked Yeilk to hold Althea while she set her arm. Yeilk gently lifted Althea into his arms, holding her close as the healer popped her arm back into place. Althea's cry of pain was like a knife to Yeilk's heart.

As the healer finished tending to Althea's wounds, Yeilk's anger boiled over. "Tell me what happened," he demanded, his voice low and deadly.

Rubes recounted the events of the attack, her voice shaking with emotion. Yeilk's rage simmered just below the surface as he listened to her words.

When Rubes finished speaking, Yeilk's face was set in a determined mask. "We're going back to the lake," he said, his voice cold and deadly. "Yani has gone too far this time. Hurting me is one thing, but hurting what's mine is crossing the line."

Yeilk pulled up a blanket over Althea, his eyes lingering on her pale face. He then stood up, his axe at the ready. "Let's go," he said, his voice low and deadly.

As they walked through the forest, the smell of blood hung heavy in the air.

When they arrived at the lake, Rubes spotted Nala lying on the ground. "Nala!" she cried, rushing to her side.

Yeilk followed close behind, his heart heavy with worry. Nala was a skilled warrior, but even the strongest warriors could fall.

As they reached Nala's side, Yeilk's heart sank. Nala's wound was deep, and she was losing blood fast. Yeilk gently lifted her into his arms, his face set in a determined mask.

"We have to hurry," he said, his voice low and urgent. "We need to get her back to the healer, now."

Rubes nodded, her eyes fixed on Nala's pale face. "Let's go," she said, her voice barely above a whisper.

As they made their way back to the tribe, he was determined to make the queen pay for what she had done. She had crossed a line, and now she would have to face the consequences.
