Chapter 6: I Avenged you

Azul wore a black tuxedo with a golden ribbon. His hair was brushed up, and his teeth had some gold on them. To top it all, this alpha had a bad scent, and I wanted to sneeze. Who would have a pheromone with cigarette as a smell? Was his mate a cigarette smoke diffuser?

Azul looked at me and grinned. God, he looked like a maniac, a pervert, not hiding his horny ass. Novy and I surrounded him, handing him a drink from a waiter who passed by. "Interested in a threesome?" said Novy.

I gulped.

Novy was truly... a talent.

Azul had a spark in his eyes hearing what Novy proposed. Of course, he liked it. A tiny amount of his horny pheromone slip out making me dizzy. I have to smell more of Vand's scent when I return to treat my trauma. 

As if probing some more flirting, he licked his lower lip and looked at me up and down. "We can find someone else." Novy sniffed his gland and licked his nape after speaking, making Azul shudder and catch Novy's neck with his hand.

Sniffing and licking the alpha's gland was a sign of aggressive flirting which goes the same way when an alpha does it to an omega, but for Novy, that was marking his next prey to shred.

"Brave. I want a brave omega; let's go." And he was booked to his doom. The fall of an alpha is his dick. Great. 

He will pay for the neck-grabbing and the lick that Novy did. This guy holds grudges like he holds a gun, never leaving his body even for a second. Good luck to Azul.

We went up to the fifth floor with a ding! The elevator door opened. Azul was grabbing Novy by the ass, and his other hand was on my waist. His hands did not stop roaming around and he even attempt to kiss us. Huh! As if. 

I could only pray for a bloodless night tonight.

The room was three doors away from the elevator, and when the room opened, Novy grabbed those nasty hands away from his butt and slammed Azul to the wall not wasting any seconds. "Daddy, you got nasty hands."

I can sense his dark aura, and I have to stop him or he will kill Azul before I can ask questions. "Kill him later."

"What the hell are you two doing?!!" He was still asking the obvious; too bad he was slow to realize his situation. The threesome he wanted was different from the threesome we wanted. We both meant different pleasures.

I tied his hands and feet while Novy was holding him. I was wondering, though: was this alpha so weak that Novy could handle him easily, or was Novy extraordinarily strong enough to fight any alpha?

"Who ordered you to-"

"Shut up! Why are you chasing the youngest son of Wenfri?" I asked after slapping him.

Honestly, I wouldn't bother to hurt myself by slapping the guy, but sometimes Novy was affecting me. He was born and raised by his brother through this work, so I couldn't blame the guy for being hot-blooded.

"So, it was from Wenfri; that bastard was developing drugs!" What drugs? It was only a suppressant!

"They wanted to monopolize the market and overpower the existing suppressant. How will the other business survive if that happens?!" His saliva was splattering as he spoke; it must be so hard for him to accept being drowned by other companies.

"Just you wait, my cousin will soon come to Wenfri's." Was he stupid? Why would he inform us about his cousin? All he could do was depend on his cousin.

"Yvon Van Dale," whispered Novy.

"You know him?"

"Yeah, he was an alpha and also the president of a chemical company." His face showed a devil's smile. "Don't worry, this brother will help you."

I don't like the sound of it, but let's just leave him with what he wanted to do. I don't even understand him sometimes, so why make an effort to understand him now? "Okay-"

While we were busy talking, Azul was untying the rope using a finger-sized knife from who knows where and catching us off guard when he swayed it to me. Good thing I was quick and blocked it with my arm, or he would slash my face!

Blood dripped, and with a thwack! The alpha fell. It was a hard swoop from Novy. "Why did you hit him?! Did you know that I made every effort to take care of this guy?!" He made every effort. Why does it sound so wrong? Don't tell me...

"I was preserving him for my brother!" Oh. Thank god it was for his brother! What? No! Who wants his brother?!

"You have to pay! You have to pay!" and Novy went crazy. Sigh, forget it. Let him vent his anger for now and clean up later. "Stupid alpha! Stupid! Stupid!" Being his friend for a long time, I can confidently say that Novy was crazy. I still love him as a friend, though.

"Sto...p" Azul was punched until his face was disfigured, and Novy did not stop at that. He broke the hand that was holding the knife to pay for the blood I spilled. "S..to..p," and Azul lost consciousness with one of his golden teeth on the floor.

Novy was bathing in splattered blood when he faced me, grinning, "Hehe, I avenged you." I walked towards him and patted his head, giving him the same smile he gave me, "Thank you." I don't wish for blood, but it was unavoidable.

"But who said I want your brother?" He froze. "Your brother doesn't even like me." He was almost crying. "We can still be brothers even without Luma." He smiled sweetly.

"Really? Then is there someone you like?" He forgot about the guy he punched and was lying on the floor, unconscious. He was like a child, asking his parents to take him for a stroll. "Tell me, tell me. I'll help you."

I sighed, "I do." Novy was jumping in excitement. "But he doesn't like me." He stopped jumping.

"Why?!!"

"Same question, bro. Same question."

"That won't do! Let's kill that guy, now!" Oh, mother. Why was his every solution killing?!

"No! Don't even dare."

"Why???"

"I will be sad if he dies."

"Oh, okay. Then let's not kill him. Torture is fine, right?"

"No!"

"How about scaring him?"

"Don't!"

"Just have sex with him then."

"Okay!" I blurted out even before realizing what he said. "What? No!"

"Oh, you're much more complicated than your name."

After cleaning up and tying back Azul, we parted ways in front of my house. The best thing about Novy being the number one assassin and the only brother of the Swift Wind boss is that we have someone to clean up our mess.

Two people dressed in black showed up, giving us a change of clothes. I guess Azul will be in the hospital for a long time. I sneaked back inside the house, climbing back to the window with ease.

Tonight, I had a new lead for the person who wanted to hurt me and my family. I had to warn Silver about Yvon and make sure that Father was safe. In this line of work, it was inevitable to have a rival who was willing to spill blood to defeat you.

If you have money, you have power. If you have the power, you can do whatever you want, even if it means destroying lives.
