I heard a crack in my lower back and an electric shock go to every edge of my body, making me slump back on the bed involuntarily. "Ahh! You monster!" I screamed in agitation and frustration. "It's because your thing is so huge!!!"

"Hahaha... you are so cute, darling." He embraced me again and kissed me on the temple to appease me. "Thanks for the compliment."

Compliment?! Okay, fine! It satisfied me anyway. Hump!

"We forgot the condom..." I looked at him with worried eyes. I mean, if I get pregnant, it's okay with me, but I want to have more time with Vand before we make our own cub. A two-person world for two or three years, maybe?

"I'm sorry," he said, his eyes losing sparks again. In a partnership, it's natural that both want to have a baby to further the proof of love. It's also possible that both do not want to have a cub, just as one partner may not like it, but somehow it's also a burden to the other party.

Who would understand each other? Who would give way? That's a million-dollar question that people have valid answers to.

If alpha and omega make love, an omega can get pregnant when he or she is in heat, and the alpha enters reproductive captivity and knots. When the alpha entered the omega's reproductive cavity when not in heat, the chances of getting pregnant were low but never zero.

In an instant, when the alpha is in his rut, the omega will one hundred percent get pregnant. The alpha in rut may consciously or unconsciously force the omega to be in heat and will mate with the first omega that approaches him or is in his reach.

Alphas in rut lose their sanity and are often overpowered by their instinct to hunt for a bed partner. Most alphas hide in an isolated room days before their rut occurs. Only a few alphas can maintain their sanity when their rut comes. These alphas were the dominant ones, or the SS alpha.

But even SS alpha isolated themselves because their seeds were the most sought-after, like a rare gem.

"You don't like babies?" Vand asked me, smiling, but his eyes were depressed. "I will respect your decision, darling." But he wanted babies; his eyes told me so.

"No, my love. I want babies who look like you but," there was anticipation and anxiousness in him. He must have dreamed of our babies already to react like this, exposing his emotion: "I want to spend more time with you first."

Bright lights appeared in his eyes like fireworks exploding in the sky; the excitement in his heart couldn't be contained as it radiated in his smile. "Then, let's make babies when you're ready. Ah, I love you so much."

If, in any miracle, that seed poured into me created a life, then... I will accept it. Though I will for sure cry seeing my bulging belly!

"I love you, my love."

We stayed at the hotel until noon the next day. Vand had called Chief for some help with our torn-to-piece clothes. It was embarrassing, but walking outside with my chest out in the open was even more embarrassing than asking Chief Zlato.

I only hope that Silver is not listening.

When we arrived back at the house, Father called me and asked where Hydro was. My brother has not come home yet and can't be reached through his phone! Oh. That alpha! You see, my eldest brother, Hydro, Silver, and I had one thing in common... We fell for one person at first sight, deep and hard.

Let's not talk about mates meeting each other; it was out of the question. This had happened when Hydro was in sixth grade; that guy followed his classmate anywhere like a stalker and gave him flowers and chocolates. The alpha child cried so much until their father transferred Hydro to a different school.

Sigh. Silver was the same.

Let's not talk about me. We came from the same womb with the same alpha as a father; what else can you expect?

"Father, don't be shocked." My father stood up and slammed the table with his widened eyes. "Yes, father, your eldest son..."

"Who is it this time?" Father understood what I meant in a second; did you know why? Huh! Because our father was the same as us! Hydro was closest to how a father acts when in love!

My mother fell for him after his untiring, unrelenting, and ever-dedicated courting! My mom did not manifest as an omega at that time, but her father was already courting her. When mom one day manifested as an omega, they found out they were each other's mates.

"My, ahem... friend's brother."

"An omega?"

"Father! You know his preference..."

"An alpha? Is he handsome? Do you think your brother will," Father made a zero sign while looking at me, his lips twitching.

"He was a beta... uh, about that... mmm... ah..."

"Brat! Say it; is there a chance he will use his..." Father pointed to his thing. It was hilarious how our father was concerned about Hydro's position rather than whether Hydro could produce an heir. Maybe our father loved us too much to even care about it.

"I don't know. Maybe they have to fight first?"

"That powerful?"

"Uh-huh..."

"Powerful than Chief Zlato?"

"He can kill!"

"So, you mean, all my son-in-law can fight?"

"Does that include Vand?"

"What do you mean, Vand?!"

"Then I won't answer you. Ah, I will tell Luma not to give in to Hydro!"

"Hey! Don't ruin your brother's love life!"

"Then you have to accept Vand!"

"Fine!"

"Hehe, all your son-in-law can fight. Happy?" I answered in a cute little voice.

Happy? Happiness can't even describe my father's state right now. Before I left his study, he called his long-time friend and bragged about his three sons-in-law, saying they were strong and could fight twenty at a time. Forget it, forget it... Let him brag.

Now, all Vand needed to do was show his face to my father and smile. I'm such a clever one.

Days passed by after Novy was rescued and the incident in the company, Van Dale and Mon Wenfri met for a reconciliation talk. It was to reconcile for what they did to the company and for what I did to Azul, for the chasing, and for spreading fake rumors about the new drugs.

Shit! They did so many bad things to us. We should at least beat them up! Sigh, forget it... let's be civilized and choose peace for the sake of harmony. I still can't believe that everything will be done civilly. Tsk. They should have done so in the first place!

"We will bid for twenty-five percent of the drugs in every production. You can't monopolize the market or the people working for us will lose their jobs. We will also promise that no further trouble will come from us to your family." Yvon laid out his conditions and cards, representing the Van Dales Pharmaceutical Company.

Van Dale's have other drugs on them, but suppressants were widely and highly in demand as more and more Omega's experienced abuse during their heat.

"Don't you think twenty-five percent was a big slice of the pie? Are you trying to fool us?!"

The conference room was instantly filled with a dangerous aura, and both alphas were seeing each other eye-to-eye, not planning to back down.

"Leave us alone? Huh! You should not be after us in the first place!"
