"I already told you, its not happening." Cremini said, walking down the plant decorated hallway.
"Please Cremini, I need this to continue my work for Ita!" Parker begged.
"I don't care about your work for Ita. I find it unnecessary and cruel, leave me be." Cremini said, pointing at the mask of the Jentra.
"...Fine." Parker said, before vanishing.
Cremini let out a heavy sigh, and ruffled through their bag...
They had a small pouch of obterk mushroom dust...
Cremini made his way into his office...with an unexpected visitor.
Orix, in his more standard clothing, was sitting on top of Cremini's desk.
"CHIRST-!" Cremini shouted, jumping back.
"What, seen a haunt?" Orix asked while smiling.
"You- what-?" Cremini asked, shutting the door.
"The dust." Orix said, getting off the desk.
"Wait- wait- wait- Danae sent YOU!? I thought you lost your mind!" Cremini asked, the mushroom cap on their head appearing to puff up.
"Oh please. With what Oanki is doing to MY child, you think he's still a good person? You think I was in the wrong?" Orix argued.
"The dust is to HELP my child. Fight against what's happening to them...give me the dust."
Cremini's cap calmed down, and they grabbed the dust out of their bag...
"Here..." he mumbled, handing it to Orix.
"Is...is Danae apart of the resistance...?" Cremini asked.
Orix silently nodded.
"...Fuck..." Cremini mumbled, putting a hand to his forehead.
"He trusts you enough to not rat us out...if he didn't, you wouldn't have known I was here." Orix sad.
"Right...right...of course." Cremini mumbled, turning his back to Orix...
Danae? A resistance member? For how long!?
Cremini heard a whistle, and when he turned, Orix was gone.
"This is the trophy hall." Begga announced, walking down the polished stone hallway.
Danae and Munin, with the latter in the role of a servant, followed.
Around them were many of the Velena's trophies, ranging from weapons, to armor, to statues and paintings.
At the end of the hall, though, was their target.
"And this is the Fae medallion." Begga began.
"This was given to the Velena to man the lift that connects our region, and the mountains of the Faerer."
Munin titled his head at the silver medallion; it was engraved with a mortal skull and was littered with gems...
"Why was it given to the Velena?" he asked.
"Because we are the only race the Faerer respect, even slightly, the only people allowed to pass in their mountains unharmed." Begga explained.
"I see..." Munin mumbled.
"This is all very fascinating Begga, but I must stress that our visit does have importance." Danae interrupted.
Begga's wings ruffled.
"Right, yes, of course, my mistake."
Begga and Danae began to leave the hall, with Munin following.
"So, this...meeting...what's the purpose?" Begga asked.
