Monokuma is back at it again with another murder game. Who will the new prodigies be and how will they overcome this murder game?

The next morning I was sitting in the main hotel area with everyone minus Yuuki. Aqua and I were chatting, both of us not speaking of the motive video.
While I was curious about it, giving into it was not the best idea. I decided to just leave it be.
"So, when's he going to show up?" Fuuka wondered aloud as she sat with her legs on one of the tables.
"No idea. Maybe we'll get a day off?" Nami responded
Just then, a very tired Yuuki made his way over.
"Sorry, I somehow managed to sleep in like crazy today."
"No problem. You think he's gonna show up?" Gojo said
"You bet I am!"
Monokuma once again appeared out of mid-air. He no longer looked nervous at all.
"Normally, I'd allow you to go visit the new island normally, but...Some of you guys are sick!"
"Huh?" Aqua said
"I'm quarantining you guys on the new island. Hurry up!"
He quickly left and we all followed.
When we arrived at the third island, there were of course more places to visit. A motel, A music venue, a hospital, an electronics area, and a movie theatre.
"Okay! So, I'm gonna give you guys a quick rundown. Some of you guys here are sick with the despair disease. As for what it does...Hehe, that's for you to find out! Anywho, if you guys can wait a full week then it goes away!"
"Is the disease contagious?" Dazai asked
"Is it? Or is it not?"
"...I see."
"Good luck! You won't be leaving anytime soon so make yourselves comfy!"
"..."
We all were about to split up to go explore until Yuuki spoke up.
"Hey...Sorry, but I think I might be sick. I'm feeling super tired for some reason. Not to the point where I'm gonna pass out, but like I just pulled an all-nighter. I'm gonna be in the hospital."
"All right. Just stay away from me for a week then." I responded as Aqua and I backed away.
"Will do." He responded with a smile.
He then left, and as I was going to go with Aqua, Luffy wrapped an arm around my neck. "Let's go exploring! You can bring your friend too!"
"Luffy, we could leave them alone for right now..." Nami said with a saddened look
She might have figured that I would have wanted to talk about the motive video when no one else was around, but I assured her.
"No problem. It's fine. Let's get some money!" I sceamed
"Yea!" Luffy readily agreed
"Ahhhh...Another troublemaker..."
"W-Wait! Don't leave me behind!"
