He went to his home  and asked Sonali about Chandni and Anita. She replied him that they have gone to some party.

V- great

V- nothing tum kaam karo jake apna.

He went to CCTV room and check the footage of the day when he bought medicines. On that day he saw sonali and Anita coming to their room and then going from there. Sonali comes for a purpose with a tray while Anita went their without any reason he thought in his mind.

She nodded and went. Veer went to Anita 's room and checked her drawer. He found out the same medicine which he bought from medical store and which was being replaced.
