Carina: hi doctor. Did you find out what was wrong with our daughter?

Doctor: hi everything looks good on all of her  MRI's and EKG's ...
Maya: okay soooo , you don't know what is causing her to have bigger and longer seizures?

Doctor: so far we don't know why she's having longer seizures...
Carina: okay, well ummm up her dose of medication please, cause it's definitely not working as well as it should be , please!
I know you are doing whatever you can for our daughter and I thank you tremendously for that, but I just feel like something else might be wrong with her, she's never been out of it like that before... she had 0.3 millilitres of the first two medications... but I think it's a good idea to try to give her the third one , Topiramate , and maybe up her dose to 0.5 millilitres , I don't know...
Doctor: okay, we will run some more tests , over and over again...
Maya: thank youuu!

** Maya thought about bringing a shirt for Carina since she is still topless... but she's covered up with a hospital sheet, **.

** They are also not at greys Sloan memorial hospital, as they went to the right side of the road , and grey's Sloan is on the left side of the road. **

Carina: I'm so cold ...
Maya: okay, I did bring you a t shirt...
Carina: ohhh thank you, I was hoping to have something to put on.
Maya: you're welcome, I can help you put it on!
Carina: yes please!

** Londyn is now asleep on Carina's chest, and stopped breastfeeding... but she's still on her momma **

Maya: okay, how do you want——
Carina: just put it over me , and you can come in bed with us babe!
Maya: I don't...
Carina: come on, I'm scooting over, please please come next to me.
Maya: okay.

** Maya was now laying down next to Carina, and she's watching their precious little baby girl slowly coming back to her senses and Maya is stroking her little baby's hair away from her eyes **

Maya: I'm extremely proud of you babe for not freaking out over this....
Carina: oh babe I'm extremely freaked out about that! I'm just trying my best to stay calm ..
Maya: right... everything will be fine they will up her medicine and she should be better soon.

Carina: yea I know... it's just extremely difficult seeing our three year old daughter going through seizures and knowing that you can't take away her pain, I'm definitely going to ask the doctors at this hospital to see if she can get a cure or something, because she's starting pre school in September. I just hope they all very qualified doctors..

Doctor: hi , uhh , we did look at her medicine file and we agree with you,
Carina: doctor Carina DELUCA bishop, grey's Sloan hospital!
Doctor: okay, we'll be switching to the third one Topiramate , and see what it does.
Maya: okay thank you, please make sure it's the right dose, we want her to have a seizure free life, she's extremely excited about pre school.. she's starting it in September.. we would really really love to see her seizures free by then ... if possible...
Doctor: yea, it's our very top priority to have her live a seizure free life.
Carina and Maya: thank you for your help.. and excellent work...
How long is it for the medication to have it's full effect?
Doctor: the third one Topiramate takes seven minutes to go through the whole body.
It should be fine in three minutes now..

Carina: okay thank you!
Doctor: you should try to get some sleep and everything will be fine with your daughter mid day or late afternoon today!
Carina; excellent!

** Maya, Carina and Londyn actually did sleep for six hours and Londyn woke up happy as can be , extremely confused about not being home **

Londyn : hrmmm good morning moms!
Carina: hi good morning Londy girl!
Maya: hi princess, good morning,
Londyn; why are we at a hospital?
Carina: it's because you had a really really bad seizure last night , Bambina and it was safer to get you to the hospital.. but you are going to be on the right medication now.
Londyn : ohhh, I'll be able to go to pre school right? Cause I m really really excited to go... moms.
Maya: here's some apple juice for you, and you are definitely going to go to pre school baby girl!
Londyn : ouhhh thank you mommy for the apple juice... will I take off my IV to go to pre school?
Carina: it's our hope to get you off of your portable IV . Before school...
Londyn : yayyyyy . I know it's important for me but I don't like that in my arm momma,
Carina: I know.. baby girl, I know...
