Will Carina need surgery? Part three !

Two weeks later!
Monday August 27 th

** School is about to start for everyone, even Londyn , she is starting preschool this year, she's going to be going three times a day, from 8 h am to 11 h am ! She's extremely excited about that! She's going to be a big girl, although she is already a big girl... Carina has a at home appointment with Addison today at 17h30 , to see how much she is progressing or how much she's in pain **

6h37 am

**Carina woke up to her phone buzzing and buzzing nonstop, she's being paged to her clinic ... she tried her best not to wake her wife up **

Maya: hrmmmmm where are you going babe?
Carina: ohhhh , I have to go to work, I'm being paged. I'm sorry I woke you up... go back to sleep, it's 6 h38 am !
Maya: hrmmmm ! You're feeling up to it?
Carina: ehhhh ! So so , I have no choice, thankfully school starts Wednesday!
Maya: okay, well be careful on the road it's pooring rain outside! I love youuu soooo much and don't forget about your injection at eight in the morning....
Carina: okay, I will ! Don't worry I have an alarm on my phone and my injection syringe is in it's box in my purse ! Have a good day today! I'll let you know when I'm coming home okay?
Maya: hrmmm okay!

** 6 h48 am Carina left her house and drove to her clinic within five minutes.... When she got there, Addison was already with Julie , When Carina arrived at her clinic, she learned that this patient who's 37 weeks pregnant was about to deliver her baby girl... and she hasn't felt her move in the past few weeks. Addison is trying her best to calm her patient down, but Julie is extremely anxious and petrified, her husband Pete has been there with her the whole 37 hours of labour...**

7h01 am
Addison: everything will be okay Julie !

** she looked at the hospital curtain as it slowly opens, it's Carina coming in with her stool !**

Carina: hi Julie, I'm Carina, everything will be fine!
Julie : hi Carina, I don't want to do this! We've been trying to have a baby for so many years and it's our fifth pregnancy... and none of them survived... I lost the first two extremely early on in the pregnancy... Barely made it to the second trimester, and with our third and fourth pregnancy, the baby made it to the first week of the second trimester, but I unfortunately miscarried both, and this time, everything went perfect all through the pregnancy! She's been kicking me the whole entire thirty seven weeks, and I'm about to be thirty eight weeks tomorrow, and I just want her to be okay!

Carina: okay, I am extremely extremely extremely sorry for your losses , it's never easy but I will do one last ultrasound to see everything for myself okay?
Julie : ouhhhhh okay! Ahhhhhh !
Addison: breathe Julie Breathe!  I will be right back,

** she had to step out for a few seconds **

Carina: okay, ** she prepared the ultrasound and did a quick ultrasound... everything looks good , **

I'm going to speed up your labour, okay? As you are visibly exhausted and you need all the rest you can get!
Julie : is everything okay with our daughter, she hasn't moved a lot lately and I'm petrified she is slowly dying...
Carina: everything is okay, she's just relaxing inside of you! She's getting her energy up to come out today!
Peter: so we are going to go home with our baby girl soon ?
Carina: yessss ! I gave you stronger doses of pitocin  , your contractions are going to intensify..
Julie : okay, thank you both so much for taking the time to explain everything and reassuring us that she's alright in there!
Addison and Carina: it's our pleasure!

**Two hours and a half later Carina comes back in to check on Julie **

Julie : where is Carina? I feel like I have to push ! Ahhhhhhh ! Owwwwww !
Carina : I'm right here, let's take a look okay?
