** she took several deep breath's and hold everything in**

Carina: okay, it's not in the way anymore, but your baby's head is right here, do you want to feel ?
Jenny : hrmmmmm ahhhhh ! I guess !

** she reached down to her vagina and she felt her baby's head right there, **

Jenny : it's a weird feeling especially when your waters didn't break yet.
Carina: yea I know, with my last son , and he was born in the caul and I didn't like the feeling of him being still in his water bag being right there at the same time....

Jenny : ARGHHHHHHHHHHHHHH ! Fuck fuck fuck ! ** she raised both legs up , instant reflex Greg and Carina had to gently put her legs down in the normal position after the contraction was over **

Carina: ahhhhhhhh !
Jenny : are you alright Carina?
Carina: yea I'm fine, I have been in this position for a bit too long.... My feet are tingling, and i think i just pulled a muscle in my lower back.... Ouhhhhh ! But I will be fine!! I'm focusing on you right now...
Jenny : hrmmmmmmmmmm okay !!!!!! Ahhhhhhh oh my goodness It's over!
Carina: good job momma!! Here you go , a beautiful healthy and strong baby... ** the baby was crying just like it's supposed to **

Jenny : awnnn ! Hi bambino !

Greg : everything alright with the baby and Jenny ?
Carina: yes everything is fine, we got to wait for the placenta, which shouldn't be too long now...

Carina: alright, focus on your breathing... slow pushes ! That's it !! Good job ! Placenta is out at 18h37 ! Good job! Now I'm going to weigh the little guy! And give him right back!
