Andy begins to get extremely painful contractions! She's obviously scared! Her quadruplets aren't due for another three months....
James : breathe babe!
Andy : call Carina please now!
James : okay!
** one phone call later, Carina advise James to drive Andy to greys Sloan hospital, she'll meet them there! **
**Carina about to leave for the hospital **

Violet : hrmm momma ?
Carina: yes vivi ,
Violet: where are you going?
Carina: I'm going to the hospital, Andy is going to have her babies later today and she needs my help! Go back to sleep okay?
Violet: ohhh okay, please call us when they are safely in the nicu , momma!
Carina: I will Bambina.
Violet: oh and tell her we wish her good luck!
Carina: I will ! See you later tonight okay? Help mommy out with your siblings please?
Violet: I will momma!

Carina arrived at Grey's Sloan Memorial Hospital! She's waiting for Andy and James !

James : okay thank goodness you are here! She's been contracting every three minutes!
Andy : owwwww ! Carina I'm scared!
Carina: I know you are, but everything will be okay! Do you trust me?
Andy : yea !! Owww !
** Carina immediately admits Andy in the hospital, and she checks the babies vitals and Andy's! Everyone is fine **
Carina: okay I'm going to get the nicu team ready for your precious little babies!
Andy : what? You can't stop my labour?
Carina: unfortunately I uhhh can try , but its a possibility that they will be born today or tomorrow at the latest . they are viable Andy , your four babies are viable.
Andy : okay thank you for doing everything that you possibly can !
Carina: you are welcome! In the meantime I need you to get some rest okay?
Andy : okay , hrmmm ! Owwww ! I feel insane amount of pressure!
Carina: I know, they are running out of space bella !
** Carina gave her friend the medication to stop the labour, it worked ish ... later later that day, Andy was feeling intense pressure in her vagina... **

Andy : owwwwww Carina , it worked for the majority of the early hours of the night, but now.. the pain is excruciating ahhhhhh owwwwww !
Carina : okay, Andy , breathe, everything will be okay.
Andy : okay ouhhhhhh ! Argghhhhhh !
Carina: has your waters broke ?
Andy : I don't know... but I'm petrified, they should be inside of me for a while longer...
Carina: look at me , Andy , your quadruplets are 27 weeks gestation... they are viable . All four of them.
I am telling you, you will bring your quadruplets home, in a couple of months!
**Andy and James both took several deep breath's and kissed each other **
Andy : we don't have names for them yet!
James : babe, it's going to be fine, we will think of names !
Carina : exactly, you will definitely have the time to come up with names ! Baby A & B are identical BOYS AND C & D are identical GIRLS!
James : okay thank you Carina !
Carina: you are welcome, I'm going to book an operating room for you, I'll come back to let you know when I'll be delivering your precious babies.
Andy : okay thank you tremendously!
** THREE HOURS AND A HALF LATER Carina finally booked an operating room for Andy's Quadruplets , the nicu team is ready as well, they are aware of the situation, and will be there with Carina when it's go time **
