Time flies, seasons change, and just like that vacation was over. My last semester in college. It seemed like just yesterday was my first day and I was blowing people's minds with the insane amount of alcohol I could drink. And in a couple of months it would all be over. I couldn't tell if I was relieved or sad at that point. I was torned. Just as I was torned as to if I wanted to see Mark or not. Lucky for me I have no control at all over fate.
-Welcome back to reality drunkie
- OMG this reality is so boring I'm going to guess is yours
- Nice to see you sober
- Who said I'm sober?
- Ha-ha
- Oh that wasn't a joke
- Really? It's 8 in the morning Laura
- Chill rocker dude...Of course it's a joke. I have final project orientation now. No way I'm going to screw that up this early in the semester. I like to get the professors to hate me slowly.
- Why would you want them to hate you?
- Because it just makes it even more satisfying when I do extremely well and get to rub it in their faces.
- You are a very interesting human being
- What can I say? I just enjoy doing everything the hard way
- But why?
- Haven't you heard honey? The rocky road has the prettiest flowers and nicest views
-Honey again?
-And I'm even sober this time. Gotta run pretty eyes. Talk to you later
-Bye...thanks for the pretty eyes part
- Don't flatter yourself...I call everyone that
- Really?
- Actually not...Just wouldn't want you to feel too special.
Even though he was. Even though all I wanted to do was stand there and talk to him. Even though he had been all I was able to think about for the past 3 months. No. Not special. Not at all.
