2 Months Later.
Fatima is all moved into her house with Zac's help of course. She's become close with him as well as his family. She's become really close with Zuri, they are like sisters now. Many would say Zac and Fatima have become best friends. They do damn near everything together at this point. They work out together everyday, they work together of course, they even take turns on making dinner every day. They also have made the Jazz bar their "spot" to hang out.
Currently it is Friday, they both just got off of work and are at Zac's house.
Zac: T you're coming to the get together right?
Fatima: duh i don't know why you asking me
Zac: i'm just making sure cause you like to cancel last minute
Fatima: that was one time and it was because i started my period and my cramps were bad
Zac: i don't care, we missed the show because of you
Fatima: we literally saw it the next day
Zac: that's not the point
Fatima: okay sir, are we going to the spot today or not
Zac: you know we are what type of question is that
Fatima: alright then i'll be back
Zac: don't take all day
Fatima: i won't Zachary
15 minutes later Fatima comes walking back into his house. Zac was at the couch putting his shoes on.
Fatima: you ready?
Zac: yea *looking up at her* bro you always matching me
Fatima: lies you stay matching me
Zac: whatever man you- hold the hell on
Fatima: what?
Zac grabs her left and and looked at it.
Zac: your hand
Fatima: what about it?
Zac: where the hell is your ring?
Fatima: i took it off
Zac: why?
Fatima: you know the first time we went to church. JT was talking about letting go, so i'm letting go. and i may or may not be ready to step back out in the scene
Zac: *smiles* wow i'm proud of you
Fatima: damn
Zac: what?
Fatima: no one has ever said that to me before. thank you
Zac: well i am
Zac pulls her into a hug.
Fatima: you're gonna make me cry
Zac: don't cry cause then i'll cry
They release each other and get in the car and leave. Once they arrive they take their usual seats and the waiter gets their usuals. They sip on their drinks listening to the first couple of songs before getting up to dance.
Over the last two months, Zac has developed some feelings for Fatima but he's never acted on them given her situation as well as he knew it may complicate things. With Fatima he felt at home. She made butterflies form in his stomach whenever she spoke. And not to mention how beautiful she is. In his eyes, she was perfection. He just knew she didn't feel the same way about him. But little did he know.
