Third PERSON POV

Everything was going well. Yashi was busy attending to the guests, Aashvi was playing with Ruhi, and Adarsh was occupied with some work. The night was passing swiftly, and soon, morning would arrive.

Aashvi suddenly ran toward Yashi, her little feet tapping against the floor.

"Mummaaaa!" she shouted, making Yashi turn toward her immediately.

"Kya hua, Aashvi?" Yashi asked, concerned.

"Papa aapko bula rahe hain," Aashvi informed, her voice filled with urgency.

"Kyun? Aur kahan hain?" Yashi questioned, slightly worried.

"He is in the room, Mumma... aur mujhe nahi pata kyun," Aashvi replied innocently.

"Acha, theek hai. Tum jao aur khelo, main jaake dekhti hoon," Yashi said, pressing a soft kiss to her daughter's cheek.

Aashvi giggled and ran off, leaving Yashi to make her way toward the room where Adarsh was. When she entered, she saw his back facing her, as if he was busy with something. But from her angle, she couldn’t see exactly what he was doing.

"Kya hua? Tumne bulaya... and what are you doing, huh?" she asked, stepping closer.

Adarsh turned around without answering and walked toward her. Without giving her a chance to say anything, he took her hand and pulled her inside, making her sit on the bed.

"Listen, I need to tell you something, so don’t interrupt me at all, Yashi," he said sternly, his intense gaze locking onto hers.

Yashi pouted but obediently nodded.

"I want to give you a small injection, and I know my Yashi is a strong girl, she will take it, right na, jaan?" Adarsh said, kissing her forehead.

Yashi’s eyes widened, filling with tears. "No, please no," she whimpered, already on the verge of crying.

Adarsh sighed. "Arey, why are you crying? It won’t hurt, I promise, meri jaan. You believe me, na?" he cooed, gently pecking her whole face.

Yashi just sobbed, shaking her head. "I-it b-burns... No, I don’t want it, Adarsh," she pleaded, her voice cracking.

"It won’t... don’t you trust me?" he asked softly.

She nodded hesitantly, her teary eyes still full of fear. "I do..."

"Then take it for me, please, meri jaan," he whispered, wiping her tears. "Will you?"

Yashi took a deep breath, fresh tears spilling down her cheeks. "O-ok..." she agreed reluctantly and extended her hand, thinking he would inject it through her cannula.

Adarsh hesitated for a moment before saying, "Umm, jaan, I’m sorry, but it has to go directly into your body... I have to give it on your back."

Yashi’s eyes widened in shock. "NO!" she shouted. "No way! I am not showing you my bare back!"

Adarsh chuckled, amused by her sudden transformation from a scared kitten to a feisty tigress.

"I am a doctor, Yashi... in case you forgot," he smirked.

"Still, I won’t!" she pouted, crossing her arms.

Adarsh pulled her onto his lap, settling her comfortably as he sat down on the bed.

"Why are you shy with me, huh?" he teased, placing a soft peck on her lips. "I am your doctor, moreover your husband, jaan," he whispered, brushing his lips against her ear. "And if I want, I can see you totally naked... Have you forgotten how we made Aashvi?" he chuckled, his voice husky.
