MEHNDI CEREMONY MORNING
Third PERSON POV
The next morning, Adarsh and Yashi woke up early and, along with Aashvi, returned home from the hospital. Everything slowly settled back to normal. Though Yashi had been angry with Adarsh, she eventually forgave him. Their relationship deepened, and so did Adarsh's bond with Aashvi. She loved him more than anything.
Two days later, it was finally Shruti and Rudransh's mehndi ceremony. Everyone was busy getting ready for the morning function, but the most excited of all was Aashvi.
ADARSH & YASHI'S ROOM
Yashi paced around the room, looking frustrated.
"Kya karu mai... mujhe samajh nahi aa raha haa!" she muttered, walking back and forth.
Adarsh, sitting lazily on the bed, raised a brow. "Kya hua meri Chennai Express? Itni tension kyun le rahi ho?"
Yashi let out a dramatic sigh. "Mujhe samajh nahi aa raha ki mai kya pehnu... Arey yaar!" she pouted, frustrated.
Adarsh chuckled. "Bas itni si baat? Tum par sab accha lagta hai."
Yashi's eyes lit up mischievously. "Sachhi? Toh bikini pehen lu?"
Adarsh shot her a deadpan look.
Yashi burst into laughter. "Acha acha, I was joking... chill!"
Shaking his head, Adarsh got up. "Tum tayyar ho jao, mai abhi aata hoon ek minute mein."
As he reached the door, Yashi's voice stopped him. "Adarsh?"
He turned back. "Haan, Yashi?"
Her voice was hesitant. "Maa bhi aa rahi hai na aaj?"
Adarsh noticed the slight fear in her tone and walked up to her. He cupped her face gently. "Ab pata chala ki tu kis baat ki tension le rahi hai? Don't worry, Yashi. Sab sahi hoga."
She hummed in response, though deep down, she knew this meeting wouldn't go as smoothly as Adarsh believed.
Adarsh smiled softly. "Don't take tension, Yashi. I promise I'll keep you safe and happy."
Her lips curled into a small smile. "Yaa."
As Adarsh stepped out of the room, she started getting ready.

FIFTEEN MINUTES LATER, when he returned, he was left utterly stunned.
Yashi stood in front of the mirror, adjusting her dupatta. She wore no makeup, yet her milky-white skin glowed in the soft morning sunlight. Her hair, left messy with loose curls, framed her face perfectly. A natural pink tint adorned her lips, making her look even more breathtaking.
Adarsh slowly walked toward her, mesmerized. Wrapping his arms around her from behind, he pressed a soft kiss on her neck.
A shiver ran down Yashi's spine. "A-Adarsh..." she whispered.
He smirked, pressing another kiss to her cheek. "You look so gorgeous, Yashi."
Her cheeks flushed pink. "Adarsh, chhodo, koi aa jaayega!"
His lips curled into a smirk. "Aa jaane do."
Before she could respond, he playfully bit her cheek, making her gasp.
Just then, a loud voice interrupted them.
"Mumma!"
Aashvi came running into the room, causing Yashi to shove Adarsh away. He stumbled and fell onto the bed.
