(Y/n's POV)
I head back home from a long day of playing at Litwak's Arcade. I do miss my father very much, but I have gotten over his death. In fact, I think he would be proud of the woman I've become. I am still a child at heart, but I make sure to handle my responsibilities. I got a job, I have just graduated high school, and I am hoping to get into a good college (if this hasn't happened to you yet, I do apologize).
I have smooth (s/c) skin, (e/c) eyes and (h/l) (h/c) hair, and I have grown to be quite a beauty. At least, that's what my friends say. There have been times when boys would try to ask me out, but I worry they only like me for my beauty. I want someone to love me for who I am. Who knows when that will happen? Not only that, but I want adventure in my life. I want some excitement around here.
I arrive at my house. I see the driveway empty, meaning that my mother is still at work. I enter my house and go to the kitchen to start some dinner.
"Looks like I'm eating by myself again," I say as I enter my house.
I make some (f/f) and go to the living room to watch a show and enjoy my meal. Once I finish, I do my chores and head to my room. I hop onto my bed and check my phone for any missed text messages or phone calls. There are no notifications, so I set my phone on my nightstand. I lie down on my bed and just stare at the ceiling, until I look at the photo of me and my dad on my nightstand. I take the photo and stare at it with a sad smile.
"Another day without you. I really miss you. I hope you miss me, wherever you are," I say.
I set the photo back down on my nightstand, and I think about my day at Litwak's Arcade. It was really fun, especially when I played Sugar Rush.
"I wish I could live in Sugar Rush. I wish I could have excitement in my life," I say.
Just when I finished saying that, I heard my phone ding, meaning that I got a notification. I take my phone off my nightstand and check what notification I got, only to see a weird text message that says "Do you really want to be in Sugar Rush?" from an unknown number. I am confused because I only said that to myself, and there's nobody in the house but me. I decide to just text back "Yes."
Suddenly, I find myself falling through a dark hole!
