(Y/n's POV)

I wake up from my nap, and I have to say, I feel a whole lot better. My head doesn't hurt anymore, my bruises have faded, and my scrapes are nothing but fading red marks on my skin. I'm not sure how long I was out, but I'm definitely gonna have to thank Candy. I think about how kind he's been to me. A simple "thank you" probably wouldn't be enough. I should make him a gift. But what? I see a writing desk by a wall, and I get an idea. I walk to the desk and look through the drawers. Unsurprisingly, there are candy objects inside. However, I think I can make something out of them.

(Felix's POV)

I walk up to the Sugar Rush castle. Calhoun, the woman of my dreams, has just made me get out of her ship after I called her a dynamite gal. I don't understand why that made her so mad. I knock on the double doors, and a green sour ball opens them.

     "Yes?" he asks.

"I'm Fix-It Felix, Jr, sir, from the game Fix-It Felix Jr. Have you seen my friend, Ralph?" I ask him.

     "Wreck-It Ralph?" he asks.

I smile when he says that.

"Yes, yes, that's him," I reply.

"We shoulda locked him up when we had the chance," he says, and my smile drops.

     "Locked him up?" I question.

"I'm not making the same mistake with you," he says.

He grabs a handle from behind the door and pulls it, opening a trap door beneath me, and I scream as I fall!

(King Candy's POV)

I have just given Ralph his medal and lied to him about what will happen to Vanellope if she crosses the finish line, and I am now on my way back to the castle. I hope (Y/n) is doing better. I park my kart in its spot, and I hop out to go check on (Y/n).

"And there we go," I hear her say from behind the door.

What is she doing? I think, and I knock on the doors.

     "Come in," she calls out.

I enter the room to see her standing by the writing desk. She has both hands behind her back, as if she's hiding something from me.

"I was coming to see how you were doing," I tell her.

"Thanks to you, I'm doing a whole lot better," she says.

"What do you have there?" I ask, curious about what she has behind her back.

"Oh, right! Close your eyes," she says.

"Why?" I ask, my curiosity turning into suspicion.

"It's nothing bad, I promise," she says with a reassuring smile.

I close my eyes, and I feel something being put around my neck.

"Okay, open them," she says.

I open my eyes and look down to see that (Y/n) has made a necklace out of candy for me. The pendant is made of two frosted heart-shaped sugar cookies put together with white frosting, and they are decorated with pink frosting. The ribbon is made of an Airheads rainbow-candy belt. There is writing on the pendant in white frosting; it says, "My #1 Racer." I hold the pendant in my hands and look up at (Y/n), who is giving me a shy smile.

"What is this for?" I ask her.

"It's a thank-you gift," she replies. "You've been nothing but sweet to me, so I thought I should do something for you in return."

I stare at the gift. Nobody's ever given me a gift before. The feelings I've felt for (Y/n) since I met her grow stronger. What is this I'm feeling? Have I fallen in love with her?

"Uh, Candy? Are you okay?" I am pulled out of my thoughts when I hear (Y/n)'s voice, and I look see her looking at me worriedly. "What's wrong? Do you not like it?"

"Oh, no, I love it!" I reassure her. "I'm just surprised. You didn't have to do this."

"I know, but I wanted to," she says.

I feel touched by her words. I didn't think it was possible for someone like her to exist. She's so beautiful, not only on the outside, but also on the inside. She has such a good heart. She's so kind, loving, and compassionate. I can't deny it anymore; I have truly fallen in love with (Y/n)! It's honestly the greatest feeling I have ever felt.

     "Thank you," I say.

"Think nothing of it. It's the least I can do for what you've done for me," she responds. "Now, you better go to the race. I'll meet you at the racecourse."

She turns around, but then I do the craziest thing I ever did. I hurry to her side and jump, and I give her a quick kiss on the cheek. I then hurry out of the room with a red face and a goofy smile.

(Y/n's POV)

Did time itself just stop? Candy. . . he just kissed me on the cheek. I place a hand on my cheek, the feeling of the kiss still there, and I look at the doors, a smile slowly creeping its way onto my face. I never thought I'd know what it's like to truly fall in love with someone! Now that I have, I realize it's the best feeling in the world! I pump my fists in the air and laugh joyfully.

Just so you all know, I'm going to skip the part where Ralph destroys Vanellope's kart. That scene is just so heartbreaking, so I don't think I can bring myself to type it out.
