Author's Note - This is my first time writing a fanfic, so tell me if I need to improve on anything. I have school, so the release dates are probably going to be irregular, just saying. This story probably won't have cussing, and no smut either. Have a great day!
Amity POV
The first day back at Hexside High. It'll just be the same as last year - my parents pressuring me, hanging out with Boscha, Skara, and Kat, getting good grades, all that stuff. I walk towards the principal's office to get my schedule, hoping I get student council. On my way there, I bump into a boy who seemed to be running towards the office.
"Watch it, nitwit." I snap, looking at him, only to realize that it was a girl.
She looked at me and mumbled, "sorry about that."
I spun on my heel and walked towards the principle's office, slightly annoyed. I opened the door, and saw Ms. Lilith, the secretary. "Name?" She asked in a bored voice. "Amity Blight." I responded, looking at her. She shuffled through the papers, and found my name. I quickly scanned my schedule, and felt my annoyance heighten. "Why the heck did I get put in art?" I asked, glaring at Ms. Lilith. "I don't know, and I don't care either kid." She replied, with her same bored expression. I rolled my eyes and headed to first period, Math.
Time-skip cuz explaining her classes is probably boring
After lunch, I headed to student council, but then realized I had art instead. Grumbling internally, I tried to see where the class might be, and in doing so, I run into that girl again. Luckily, it wasn't literally this time.
"Ugh, you again." I muttered, rolling my eyes.
For some reason, she had a smile on her face. "Hi, I'm Luz Noceda, what's your name?"
She asked in a cheerful voice. I stared at her for a moment before replying, "The name's Amity Blight, and why in the world do you look so happy?"
I asked, confused. She looked disoriented, and then grinned. "ART CLASS!!!!" She practically yelled at me.
Then I realized that I should probably ask her for help to get to class. "Um, could you tell me where the Art Class is? It's my first time." I asked, trying not to be too annoyed. "Sure!" She grinned at me, and grabbed my hand. We walked to class, hand in hand.
