"Hey Chris. Hailey and Chloe are here to hangout. Can you text Matt to bring Aubrey here so we can all hangout together?" Nick called out to Chris as he led the girls in.

"Yeah alright." Chris sighed as he walked out of his closet still in his pajamas.

"CHRIS. Why aren't you dressed yet? Aiden and Vanessa are gonna be here in half an hour. And everyone else will be here in like 5 minutes." Nick said as he sighed, shaking his head.

"I don't know what to wear! Should I look good for Vanessa or just wear casual?" He said, looking up at them and he caught Chloe's eye. But then he saw her and Haileys hands interlocked and smiled.

She finally figured out what she should want.

Chris threw Chloe a smile and Chloe just averted her eyes to the ground to avoid it. Chris brushed it off and looked back at Nick to hear his advice.

But then he saw Nick and Hailey smirking at each other and groaned internally. He knew what was happening. It's happened before.

"MAKEOVER!!!" they yelled in sync which made them start laughing.

Chloe smiled at Hailey and Hailey said "And you are helping Chloe" which made Chloe's smile immediately drop. "No, I don't think I should." She stammered and Hailey raised her eyebrows before realising Chris and Chloe's last interaction was an awkward one.

"Please?" Hailey asked softly, not wanting to pressure her into anything. Then Chloe looked up at Nick's hopeful expression and then to Chris's awkward one.

She deeply exhaled and looked back at Hailey. "Fine."

"Yes!" Nick grabbed Chloe's hand and they all rushed to Chris's closet to start looking.

"All of these clothes are so cool." Hailey said as she flicked through t-shirts hanging up.

Chloe awkwardly stood behind the two, slowly looking around. But as she looked behind her, she saw Chris standing so close to her that she could smell his sweet scent, and could feel his fluffy hair on her neck.

She turned to face him and smiled down at her to which she blushed, then realising what she had to do.

"I'll be back... in a second guys." She said as she started pushing Chris out of the closer and into the other room where they couldn't hear them.

Chris looked confused and a little nervous that she would try to make another move on him to which his nervousness quickly disappeared.

"Chris I'm really sorry about yesterday. I shouldn't have made a move on you and I'm really sorry. It wasn't my place to do so." She started her apology in a hushed tone to ensure that the others didn't hear.

"It's okay Chloe. But I need you to not tell anyone about what I did and how I reacted to it the first time. I shouldn't have done that and I don't know why I did. It's just crazy-" he was cut off by something that left him stunned.

"We had a spark." Chloe said calmly although she was super bubbly inside, not knowing how to feel about it.

Chris stood there for a second, not knowing what to say as he secretly knew it was true.

He then cleared his throat and said "well it doesn't matter now. I love Vanessa" and Chloe just sighed. "Yeah, and I'm with Hailey now."

They stood there in silence for a second, not knowing what to say as it felt like both of them had a missing piece. They couldn't figure out if they were truly happy with their current partners or if they craved more.

"Uh, well we should probably go-" Chris started as he was soon cut off by Chloe's lips on his.

It was a sweet kiss, but a deep one. Neither one pulled away, only to catch their breaths.

Only then was when they had both realised what had just happened.

"Shit." Chloe gasped as she stared at Chris and Chris stared back at her in disbelief.

"Shit." Chris said, his eyes wide, still staring at Chloe's regretful face.

"Chris- I am so sorry. That was a mis-"

"What. The. Fuck." They heard a voice from the door and immediately spun to see Nick standing there, jaw on the floor.

"What are you guys thinking!!" Nick scolds them and they both fall silent, not having any idea of what to say.

"It was all my fault. I did it." Chloe said, not wanting Chris to get half the blame for something that she did.

"I can't believe you would cheat on Hailey. She deserves better than you." Nick said angrily, storming away.

Chloe and Chris sighed and really regretted what had happened.

Nick stormed into the other room, taking confused Hailey's hand and dragging her behind him to the door of their room.

"Nick what are you doing?" She mumbled as she was pulled.

"We're leaving. You don't deserve her." He grumbled out and that made Hailey even more confused than she already was.

They finally made it to the front door and Nick pulled it open aggressively, only to see someone standing there already.

Someone that he did not want to see.
