No One's P.O.V
Macaque held Mei up by her throat, MK was weakened, holding onto his mother's frozen body, Sandy and Pigsy were trapped in ice, unable to do anything, and Tang had no idea what to do, he was horrified.

"Do it. Finish the ritual!" Macaque growls.

Tang broke down until he saw a golden cicada land on the map, disappearing as it flew away.

"Alright, you win." Tang gave in.

Tang used his powers, completing the ritual as a bright light blasted up the mountain, engulfing it in a golden glow.

Mei looked at the rings, remembering the visions she had been seeing.

"No! Please, I-I wanna get off this ride!" She cries out.

"Yes!" Macaque smiles.

"Stop!" Wukong appears, but it was too late, Mei was completely engulfed in raging flames. "No!"

The ice that was Macaque's body melted away. "It worked."

The Samadhi Fire didn't just melt the ice of Macaque, it also began to melt the ice off Y/n, freeing her from her ice body.

MK looked up, feeling a hand rub his back. "Mom!"

Y/n's P.O.V
Being able to feel and move my body again, I looked down to see MK hugging my waist, I gently rubbed his back.

"Mom!" MK looked at me and hugged me tighter then he ever had.

"It's okay, bud. It's okay." I say in a soothing voice.

"I'm too late. Kid!" I heard Wukong's voice.

I lifted my head, finally seeing what was going on.

In the center of the ritual site, Mei was engulfed in a fiery red rage, flames bursting out everywhere.

MK let go of me, finally paying attention as well. "What? Mei?! What's happening?! Don't worry, I'm coming for ya! Someone get some water. Stop, drop, and roll, Mei!" MK attempted to reach her, but Wukong pushed him to the side.

"Mere water cannot extinguish the Samadhi Fire. Nothing can. The fire will destroy this girl and burn everything in its path." Nezha says as he frees Sandy and Pigsy.

"What?!" Mei shouts.

"Wukong, what's going on?" I turn to him.

Wukong growls, turning to Macaque. "You! You ruined everything!"

Macaque tried to escape through a shadow portal, but Wukong grabbed him at the last second.

"I didn't do this!" Macaque struggles against Wukong's grip.

"Well, you weren't not involved!" Wukong pulled his fist back, preparing to punch him.

I felt my heart ache, remembering those years ago on Sandy's boat when I was going to confess to them, and how they fought and I got hurt, saying I never wanted to see them again.

I can't let that happen again, I can't stand to see them fight each other.

"Stop!" I got in between them, holding up a shield.

"Y/n? Put the shield down, he's going to get away." Wukong says.

"No!" I shouted. "I can't stand to see you two fight like this."

"Stop! It was me! I mean, yeah Macaque forced me to do it, and I'm definitely starting to have second thoughts on the whole thing now but... I don't know how and I don't know why, I just felt like I had too... like it was... destiny." Tang spoke up.
