chapter 10. what?? tours starting???

Addies Pov: (didn't expect that did ya?)

I walked over where Macie and her brother is so that I can find out how she really feels about Olie since he's very into Macie.
I smile as I approach " Hey Addie what's up?" Macie says smiling at me " well I just thought I'd tell Oliver is here, but I thought maybe me, and you can hang out and leave the boys to themselves" I say hoping she's up for it. Macie looks at ash to see if it's okay and he nods his head before saying " well you guys can hang out I got to go and see our uncle and stuff, but I will see you later mace" he says and macies smile drops but comes back knowing she will see him again they both hug and say goodbye.
I hug him as well and say my goodbyes as well before it's just me and Macie alone while I'm planning how to get her to confess, she likes Oliver. " So, when did Oliver just show up?" Macie asks taking a sip of her drink. " He just got here, and we were all talking for a bit on why he was late and well seems like we are all going on your in two to three weeks" I say and macies eyes widen as she semi chokes on her water, I pat her back to help her. " What??? Tour??? Already but he hasn't written any songs, and I haven't prepared this is going to be stressful I can already feel it I've never done this" Macie says trying to calm herself down from choking and the shock. " Hey it's going to be okay me and the boys can help you prepare for everything since we all have experience just maybe not like picture and editing professionally but we can do the best we can" I say rubbing her shoulder hoping it calms her down some more and she nods her head in agreement " I'd like that very much thank you for the offer Addie" Macie says with a nervous smile and I just smile back changing the subject cause I don't want her to stress over tour and prepping for it so I ask her stuff about herself and how her day was going.
" so, tell me got any crushes on anyone or interested in anyone " I ask taking my chance since we have been talking. Her face reddens probably thinking of said person I thought to myself smirking waiting for her to answer my question. " Well, umm I do have a crush on someone but please don't tell him" Macie says nervously with a nervous facial expression. " I won't tell him I promise what happens right here stays between us unless otherwise" I say waiting for her to say the name I'm thinking of.
She then looks around making sure he isn't there to hear before saying nervously " it's uhh Oliver, I like him a lot but doubt he likes me if I'm honest" she says looking everywhere but me. I then smirk even bigger telling myself I was very much right about everything now to get these two together and hope Oliver doesn't mess this up and hurt her I thought to myself before I changed the conversation " why don't we go see Oliver and Trevor I think our meals are ready" I say, and she nods quickly following me while I plan how to get them together.

Macie Pov:
As we walked to the table, I see Oliver and Trevor talking about something and Oliver seems confused about something. " Hey guys sorry about that I just wanted to see ash really quick it's been a while since I've seen him" I say smiling and I then see Oliver shifting uncomfortably in his seat next to Trevor.
Then we get our food but it's awkward between everyone which confuses me even more Addie and Trevor make small talk, but Oliver is just silent, so I whisper hoping only he hears me. " Are you okay?" I say quietly to him, and he looks at him nodding his head before he asks Trevor to let him out saying " I'm sorry to cut it short but I need to go back to the studio and record some songs I'll talk to you guys later" he says leaving everyone including me very confused. " Guess he must be stressed about tour can't blame him he was supposed to be on break for a bit longer" Addie says before eating her food.
They go back to talking and I'm just sitting here wondering what's going on and why he just left out of nowhere...

Time skip....

Macie Pov
" it was nice hanging out with you guys" I say as I wait for my cab to arrive. " It was lovely getting to know you as well mace I'm glad we will be working with each other on this tour, and I'd Finally get a girl for once and not crazy witch" Addie says hugging me and Trevor laughs at addies comment before saying " I feel ya but she's long gone I hope because I can't stand her" Trevor says taking addies hand before also saying goodbye with Addie and walking to their car. My cab soon comes, and I get in telling the driver where to take me but as I sat in the cab, replaying the strange encounter with Oliver over and over in my mind. Why did he seem so distant and uncomfortable? Was it just stress about the upcoming tour, or was there something else going on? I couldn't shake off the worry gnawing at me as the cab made its way back to the hotel.

As I stepped out of the cab and entered the hotel lobby, my mind was still preoccupied with thoughts of Oliver. I headed straight to the elevator, eager to retreat to the comfort of my room and try to make sense of everything that had happened.

Once inside my room, I changed into my pajamas and flopped onto the bed, grabbing my phone. I opened our conversation thread and scrolled through our previous messages, searching for any clues or hints about what might be going on with him.
But not long after I start feeling tired so I put my phone on the charger and hoped I could figure out what was going on in the morning.
