Chapter 2. shelter from the storm.
olivers pov:

"Come on, ladies and gentlemen, let's get into the car before the paparazzi start taking pics of our boy Oliver," my manager said as we headed with our carry-on to the cars that were waiting for us.

"It's going to be so much fun! Lots of shopping and fancy restaurants, eating fancy food along with drinking the most expensive wines. Of course, we can't have cheap wine, it's eww," my girlfriend said as she messaged what I assumed were her model friends and took selfies.

"You can go do that. I'm going to spend my money and time on things I want to do because that's all you ever want to do," I said as I grabbed my carry-on, aka my backpack, and put it on my back.

She then stopped and looked up at me as she pulled down her sunglasses. "Excuse me? You want me to spend my 'money' for shopping and doing it alone?" She gasped out in a disgusted tone.

Before I could reply, a bunch of girls were screaming in glee for my girlfriend Ella. Her eyes then widened, followed by a huge smile across her face.

"Ella, finally we found you! Also, thanks for letting us tag along and using your boyfriend's credit card to fund our trip. First class was amazing and the 20k wine and food," her friend Alexis said once she arrived, hugging Ella.

My eyes widened at her friends being here, but then my face turned red in anger towards the fact that she used my money and invited her friends without telling me when this was supposed to be a vacation for us until tour starts.

Ella then smiled, replying "It was no big deal. Also glad you loved it. I've even booked us all a room so we can hang out and go to the clubs and stuff with his card too," she shouted in glee but then her facial expression changed when she saw that I was very mad.

"Uhh, girls, why don't you head to the car while Ella and I have a discussion about something," I replied and the girls looked at me and her and booked it yelling "Good luck Ella, see you in the car."

I then looked at her and she had her arms crossed with a look of irritation. "Why would you send my friends off like that?" Before she could go further, I interrupted her by saying "Ella, why did you use my money behind my back to pay for their tickets and upgrading them to first class as well? Along with the hotel rooms! Explain Ella," I shouted at her not caring who saw because I was done. I wasn't going to let her do what she wants anymore.

She looked up at me, her mad frown fading as she replied "So what? Big deal. Yeah, I didn't ask you because you would have said no. It's a vacation for us not us and them. That's why I did it behind your back. Plus, I didn't think it would be a problem. I am your girlfriend so get over it and let's go. I want to go shopping and eat fancy food along with going to a club with my friends and you can stay in the hotel room," she replied rolling her eyes with her arms still crossed chewing her gum while being irritated since I wasn't moving.

"No, that right there what you did wasn't good and is a big deal at least to me. That shouldn't have happened. And yes, you are my girlfriend but that doesn't mean you go and do that stuff without asking me first. And yes, I would have said no because I planned this vacation for me and you since one, I needed a break before tour plus I wanted to be nice. It was an early birthday present since your birthday is coming up. Wanted to have a party here after the vacation before tour since I'll be gone for a while. I even planned tour to start after I go to your birthday as a surprise since I was going to be on tour then but something happened so tour was delayed but I didn't tell you. Plus, I was going to get your friends here but after we relaxed," I stated with my hands on my hips very angrily as I stared at her.

She then replied "Oh babe oh sweet of you well we can still do that just party right now and then throw a huge one for my birthday or even an early birthday bash since it doesn't matter now," she stated proud of herself.
