"What's happening?" Braxton asked frantically trying to get to his feet.

"She's lost control and even tho no vampire or wolf can get in here without proper methods, she's going to try and break in here because she's going to smell the blood. Talk to her over the microphone, maybe hearing your voice will be enough to calm her down." Dr Jones passed the microphone to Braxton.

Braxton sat down on the chair holding the microphone, he pressed the button and tried to talk but nothing would come out.

"Speak boy!" Dr Jones screamed at Braxton. Braxton watched as Renaes heart monitor reacted to the doctors voice.

"R-Rae?" He said. She turned and looked around striking fear as he saw her eyes, one bright yellow orange and the other bright blood red.

"H-hey, you're okay. In the morning, we can go get something to eat, okay?" She stopped where she was and dropped to her knees. Her head snapped backwards as she looked up to the ceiling, then her body fell to the floor.

"Rae?" Braxton fought his own body from reacting.

"Her heart beat is gone but her brainwaves are still active." Dr Jones patted Braxtons shoulder "we've succeeded. You need to keep talking to her though. She may be laying down but she's still not in control." They looked back towards the monitor.

"When you wake up, we can talk about how we'll get married. If you want a big wedding, I'll do whatever you want, if you want to elope, we'll do just that. I don't care as long as I get to spend my existence with you." He smiled through the pain in his chest thinking what would happen if she didn't wake up. Between everything Braxton was able to say, silence rang everyone's ears deafening their thoughts.

"You promised me you'd do everything you can right? Then come back to me. Please?" He stared at her motionless body. He felt himself shake.

"Keep talking, she can still hear you." Dr Jones encouraged him. When Dr Jones spoke, she sat up. They could see on the monitor the yellow in her eye was beginning to fade and the red was starting to take over.

"I love you." Braxton said to her. They watched her walk to the door and place a hand on the door.

"Ah..." They weren't able to hear her but they could see her lips moving, she appeared to be out of breath. "I love-" Soon she grabbed her chest and fell to the ground. They looked to see she had passed out completely.

"Well... that hour lasted longer then I thought it would." Dr Jones said standing behind Braxton. "I think we got lucky, her emotions were strong enough to have more control then I've ever seen anyone have. She'll need to drink some blood within twenty-four hours and the transition will be complete." He grabbed Braxton and motioned for him to move out of his chair. As he got up and allowed the doctor his chair back, Braxton looked over to see Jarrod leaning his head against the door crying.

"Are you okay?" Braxton walked over to him only to hear him start laughing.

"Sh-she's okay. I can't believe it." He started laughing so hysterically he fell to the ground.

"Wait a minute, something is wrong with her brainwaves." Dr Jones spoke with a low voice forcing Jarrods laughter to halt. "She must've knocked one of the wires off when she fell. We need to get someone in there to reattach it. We're not quite in the clear just yet." He started fidgeting with the monitors. Braxton looked over to see Jarrod stand up and head for the door.

"What do you think you're doing?" Dr Jones asked him.

"I'm going to reattach the wires. I'm not gonna have any chance of losing her." Instantly, Dr Jones grabbed his arm.
