Amber
I woke up around 5. My new alarm is flashing in my face. I pushed it away, yawning, making my way to the bathroom for a warm shower to wake me up more. I stood there letting the water run down my figure. After that I got out and looked for some suitable clothes for the day. A regular t-shirt and sweatpants, I put on a pair of shorts under for a quick change.
Moving to the kitchen I looked through the fridge to see what I can conjure up to eat quickly. Eggs were the quickest thing I could think of. I grabbed the crate and a pan from the bottom cupboards. A quick and easy meal before I head out. After I ate I grabbed my gym bag and keys. I walked out, the door locking behind me and started for the gym. A gym that's maybe two and a half miles away, damn I really should invest in a car… Anyway I started my walk there, even using my supernatural abilities to get there.
I pushed the doors open and a cooling breeze hit me. I sighed and continued inside. There were a few people in here, I greeted the receptionist who just nodded. Placing my bag down I decided to loosen up a little bit. A bit of stretching, I got on a treadmill. I have no idea where my supposed coach is but I’m not really going to sit around to wait for him.

He finally did show up and it was way past 6. A way to be professional. He came strolling in with shades on and a bottle of something in hand. Not to mention the smell coming off of him was pure weed. I tried to not let the smell get to me but, father it’s hard not to. He looked at me as I was staring and rolled his eyes. “I hope you weren’t just lounging around while I was away” he sneered. What the actual hell? “No sir,” I replied. He hummed as if he didn't believe me. I’m literally sweating right now. “Get up” he started walking past me. I followed him to the far end of the gym where we were when Ms. Tavern introduced us. He dipped his hand into his pocket pulling out a roll of some sort of tape or cloth. He held it out for me to take. “Wrap that around your hands quickly so we can get started.” he barked, leaving again.
Is it too late to ask for another coach? I did as was instructed, I soon figured out what it was. Something Riona would wrap around my hand when we would spar. I made sure they were set around my hands and waited. He came back with some gear on, he pointed straight behind me where the ring was ordering me to get in. I complied and waited for him to do so. “Let's see if yesterday wasn’t just a show for Tavern.” He clapped his covered hands while speaking. “What are you waiting for girl? Show me what you got.”
Vale
“How are you feeling Ms. Terra, do you need anything?” my assistant asked me. I told her that I was okay, politely as I could. I asked her to leave. She did and I was left to finally fum in peace. As soon as I stepped through that door the questions poured in. It’s slowly eating at me and if someone really wants to piss me off today then ask something relating to what happened one more time.
I groaned, resting my head between my arms. The day hasn’t even started and I feel drained. I felt a buzzing in my pocket and groaned again, reaching for it. “If you're calling to ask if I’m doing alright I’ll gladly block you.” I sneered addressing the person on the other end. It was silent for a moment then a laugh broke through. A laugh I know very well. “You may be able to block me Vale, but I know where you live. Nevertheless, why can’t I check on my only niece?” I sighed, pinching between my eyes.
“I’m sorry uncle Sam, the morning was just rough.” He understood why I was frustrated. “Well I was just calling to inform you that we need to speak further on the transfer.” I sat up in my chair to listen further. “When?” “The following day, your mother has me running a few of her earrings. I hope you aren’t pushing yourself on this though.” I smiled. “I’m not, I’m taking it easy as you said.” “Good we’ll meet for dinner at your place tonight. Love you kiddo.” he said before ending it.
