Tears ran down Alexis' cheeks as she ran through the forest
She doesn't know why she's running, she's a guard.
Something about the man she's running from scares her beyond belief for some reason, she's terrified of him.
The man is not human, he's a shadow knight, she thinks.
He changed into three different forms so far, and she doesn't know if he has another one.
Alexis trips over a fallen branch when she feels the familiar feeling of her blood mixing with lava and flowing through her veins.
Alexis looked down and saw that her armor was now a mix of deep blood-red and black
The armor that she could never take off
The armor that was her skin now
Alexis screamed as she tried to get up and felt a hand wrap around her ankle, bringing her back down to the earth
"I see that I left a lasting effect on you"
Alexis turned around to see a man in armor similar to her own with jet-black hair and a mask, his one icy blue eye piercing into her soul
"No please, leave me alone! Please I'll do anything"
Alexis' tears fell onto the ground as she struggled to kick her foot free, but she couldn't. This man was too strong for her to kick away
Her eyes widened when she saw Aphmau, with Garroth running after her.
Garroth was in a form she had never seen before.
He was taller than any person could possibly be, around ten feet tall
His skin was pale and his hair dull
His eyes matched his little brothers
Blue particles were flying around him and he was in armor she felt familiar too, yet did not know why as she had never seen them before.
"ZANE! LET HER GO!"
Alexis heard Aphmau scream as the man grabbing her changed forms yet again
He grew taller than any human should be, seemingly around ten feet tall
This time his skin was as black as his hair
His eyes were a glowing white
Large dark wings sprouted from under the cape draped over his shoulders
Black and dark purple particles flew around him as his clothing changed from that of a shadow knights to one of the previous High Priest of O'khasis
One that went missing and was presumed dead 20 years ago
"If you say so, Lady Irene"
Alexis screamed again as she felt the man holding her twist her ankle harshly, breaking it
Zane let her go and she tried to crawl away as Aphmau ran at him
Zane quickly blocked the sword coming at his face
Garroth stood a few yards away, watching his love and brother fight
Aphmau and Zane fought for what felt like hours.
The sounds of their swords clashing and the sound of feet hitting the ground filled the forest around them, sending any animals around running.
A flash of white filled all of their eyes as Zane kicked Aphmau in the stomach, sending her falling to the ground
