Zane rolled his eye as he tried to ignore the three shadow knights following him through the halls
He had left them alone this year and just wished they would do the same for him
Zane turns to walk into the cafeteria and fast walks to a table in the back corner
He was even able to sit down because Gene had grabbed his backpack and pulled him back
"Do you really think you can just walk away from us? That stupid"
Zane internally groanedHe was already having a bad day and didn't want to deal with this
"Leave me alone"
"what's the fun in that?"
Zane cringed under his mask when he heard Zenix's voice. For some reason, he couldn't stand it.
Zane tried to get Gene off of him but to no use
Suddenly Zenix grabs Zane by his hair and slams his head onto the corner of the table they were by
Zane tries to open his eyes but everything is more blurry than normal and Zane can't even take out the table in front of him
Zane hears people screaming for a fight as he puts his hand up to his eye.
He hears Garroth and some teacher's voice and an arm is placed over his shoulder
"Baby brother, are you okay?"
"I,,, I can't see. They hit my eye on the corner of the table I think"
Zane couldn't even feel pain in his face at this point.

Garroth walked Zane to the nurse's office while one of the admins took the shadow knights to his principal's office
The nurse's office couldn't do much for Zane so they called an ambulance
Zane spent a few hours in the ER and they were able to tell that Zane had lost most of his vision in his left eye but with still completely blind in his right eye
Im sorry this is so bad ive bee working on this for an hour and a half and I cant put any more effort into it I think I'm getting depressed again lmao
