Reese waited a bit before surprising Cordelia since she did need to act like she travelled. It was a bore having to watch as the time passed but finally it was time. Reese got in her car and drove over to the academy to see her special someone. She knocked on the door, this time waiting for it to be opened. Cordelia opened the door and her eyes widened, she jumped into Reese's arms.

Reese brought her inside and closed the door with her free hand. "You're back already? I mean I'm so glad but-" "don't worry about it, I wanted to get back to you" Reese says. "Back to me..." Cordelia says teasingly, "don't get a big head about it" Reese says. "Well... I went to that place you took me to while you were gone. That same waitress was working again and she said some pretty interesting things" Cordelia said leading Reese to the couch.

"Such as..." Reese prompted her to go on as they sat down side by side. "She asked me if my girlfriend would be joining me..." Cordelia said, looking expectantly at Reese. "Is that so?" Reese acted like she had no clue what Cordelia was on about. "It is. Maybe you happened to... say something to her" Delia suggested hopefully.

"Well I had to say something to get her to leave you alone. I could tell you were uncomfortable" Reese said simply. "No other reason?" Cordelia asked moving a bit closer to Reese on the couch. "Do you want to be my girlfriend?" Reese asked and Cordelia blushes. "Are you asking me or like asking me?" Cordelia prodded for clarification not wanting to make a fool of herself.

"I'm asking you" Reese said vaguely wanting to see what Cordelia's reaction would be. "Yes" Delia said questioningly and Reese raised an eyebrow. "Was that a question? Or an answer" Reese stated. "An answer" Cordelia said more confidently and Reese smirked in response. "Well what would you like to do Harley?" Reese asked slowly as she took Cordelia's hand in her own, just wanting to feel her skin.

"Whatever you want" Delia replied, looking into the others eyes. "I think we should talk about a few things first" Reese suggested. "Ok... like what?" Cordelia asked dreamily while staring at Reese's lips. "Slow down tiger. It's important" Reese said and Cordelia shifted away a bit. "Go ahead" Delia said nervously as she prepared herself for whatever. "Let's start easy... my favorite color is blue and my parents are dead" Reese said seriously.

"Damn I don't know if that's easy but ok... my favorite colors are pink, white, and black. I don't know my father and you've met my mother" she rolls her eyes. "Ok... I'm a vampire" Reese says and Cordelia laughs until she looks at Reese. She realizes she's serious and her eyebrows involuntarily furrow. "Like an actual vampire?" Cordelia asks surprised and Reese nods at her.

"And y-you like..." "drink blood? Yes, but only animal blood" Reese clarifies. "Ok" Cordelia says, "ok?" Reese asks, confused and partially surprised. "Yeah. How long have you lived?" Cordelia asks curiously and Reese chuckles at her innocence. "223 years" Reese replies, "holy shit, that's gotta be hard" Cordelia remarks putting her hand on Reese's shoulder. "Yeah but my friends make up for it" she shrugs.

"Your other vampire friends" Cordelia states almost excitedly. "Yeah that's who I went to see on my trip. They needed my help and they've done so much for me so I said yes, of course" Reese says. "That's sweet. Could I meet them? Not now but eventually..." she says full of hope. "Of course. I would love to introduce them to my girlfriend anytime" Reese says smiling. "I do have a question..." Cordelia says looking at the others lips. Reese leans in and kisses her slowly but passionately.

"Does that answer your question?" Reese asks smugly and Delia bites her lip. "That was really sexy but no..." she says nervously. "Ask away" Reese says leaning back and getting more comfy. "Your teeth..." Cordelia says not knowing how to put it exactly. "Ohhh my fangs? I can control when they come out usually" Reese chuckles.

"Usually?" Cordelia questions and Reese nods. "Other than when hunting or experiencing extreme emotion I can control it" Reese responds. "Oh ok... do you still get hungry when seeing humans or..." Delia asks. "Sometimes, if they have a strong smell. But it's not so potent to where I can't control myself. I've been drinking animal blood for about 20 years now" Reese says certainly.

"When were you turned? And how do you even keep track of time? I would find it confusing" Cordelia giggles. "Well it's just like how you remember how old you are. I was turned when I was 25 and my brain was like rewired to live forever so it feels normal" Reese recounts. "Oh ok. Well I guess that's all my questions..." Cordelia says before Reese gets a call.

Reese hung up while chuckling and put her phone down, turning her attention back to Delia. "That was my friend Jasper; he said we could come in about 2 weeks" Reese says. "Ok that seems like enough time to get things in order here. I'm so nervous" Cordelia says, biting her lip. "Don't be. You're wonderful and they like anyone I like so you're safe" Reese says reassuringly. "Ok I'll try to stop overthinking it I guess" Cordelia utters producing a small smile.
