November 6th, 1206 is considered a day of infamy to elves, as it saw the Texas nation absolutely obliterate the Elven fleets and even humiliated them with the Coastal Treaty.
However what was the other kingdoms reactions to this mysterious Texas nation easily beating what was once a military power? For starters, we need to look at the kingdoms who got the news.
Those being the kingdoms of Mauer, a family that rules the elves so obviously they received the news quickly. The kingdom of the beast men ruled by the Shogate Family, and the human kingdoms, however the one that received the news was the only human kingdom that had access to the trade routes and that was the kingdom of Cotar, ran by the Bol family.
Well, Texans did feel slightly bad on how the nation essentially sent off the last men of that Elven fleet to essentially go cry to their government, and to just go away, on the other hand, they attacked first and they needed needed defend their home.
However across the bearing waters was the Elven kingdom which was less than 45 miles away and the king, Kazackt Mauer II and his wife, Queen Belzia Mauer heard the news.

However they were extremely intrigued on what the sudden appearance of a human kingdom was doing is a strategic position, as in protected by water and is rich in resources. The king however saw this Texas nation as a threat to Elven power and wanted to ally with the beast men to an alliance and wanted the total destruction to the Texas power. His wife on the other hand saw the Texas as scared humans just wanting to protect their homes and land and thinks that peaceful diplomacy can let them trust the elves. But they would both be wrong, the Texans, using a U2 Spy plane saw the whole battle from above and the Texan public grew hated for the elves and would soon want to track the elves down and push for the total destruction of the Elven kingdom.
The king and queen's daughter, Princess Archana, made a speech that these humans on first glance should not be toiled around with and they mean serious business, and they should not mess with their lands,
