Texas is transported to a new world, but what became of the state?

On November 4th, 1280, the elf County saw itself in humiliated state. Its fellow states didn't appreciate its existence, the vast majority of the Texan Republic including the karkens, Alarunes, Serians and even orions absolutely pretty pissed with it especially after the coalition war.
So the elves decided to hatch a plan for revenge. At this point, Queen Belzia Mauer already left the County with her daughters to live inside el paso city already.
A year prior was also seeing Texan police leaving and letting the new elections play out too.
Then the people decided to elect an elite who would be tough on Texas. So they elected Eleenah Desh, who was around 300 at this time.

The new senator decided to rename her position as the New Empress of the New Elven Empire. Then what was her plan? Her small County of just around 2.1 million elves with only 40,000 worth troops ain't enough for even a startup.
However, Eleenah had a plan. She knew the last 30 police departments are packing up, and if they swiftly reached those departments, and take their guns, they could have a chance to defeat at least one Texan battalion.
So it was that on the night of August 1st, 1281, the elf lines advanced onto Texan police territory. The first 10 departments were caught off-guard. The elves already broke in, and took various weapons such as the AR15, Model 680 shotgun, Glock 22, and even some M4A1's.
The elves with new guns, quickly advanced to the the remaining departments, and would destroy and loot the departments for 6 days, and will have a battalion of 9,000 elves with guns.
The result would be over 800 Texan cops killed and 100 or more wounded.
Texas was first unaware, so on December 12th, they decided send a swat unit, as soon as they got to the closest police department in the Elven County, they saw a burnt building.
The swat team was soon ambushed by 200 elves and it was considered the first declaration, of war.
The swat team was outnumbered due to only having 5 swat vans with 35 swat members, but they were more trained, and better aimed.
But they still gave the elves a hard time. By the end of the ordeal, all swat units would be Dead.
The Texan senate was absolutely pissed and knew that sending the national guard wasn't seen as enough.
The would send the military after the elf County.
At the border of the elf County, over 90,000 Texan troops were already crossing, and then the elf army realized they made a fatal mistake of doing this rebellious act.
The army swept through the county, burning down elves military bases, farms and Nobels houses. The estimated cost of damage, would be over 18 Million dollars in damages.
However, the Texan army laid siege to the capitol building of the Elven County, and Eleenah went on the run.
The Texan army made advances and killed any elves who had suspicious loyalty to the republic.
However, with the war as good as over, in Greg Abbott's home, he already had a 6 year old son.
Also, in a nearby bar in the Kraken County, a elf named Honah Gee, was already plotting her revenge.

When she was done, she snuck into a wataburger where abbot and his family were eating, and with a zip gun, killed the 6 year old son of abbot.
Never before an enemy got this close, and Honah fled the city.
Police carried abbot's son to the hospital.
Doctors declared that there was nothing they could've done. At December 27th, 1281. Abbott's son passed away. In 1282 of January 6th, Honah was found walking in a park, and got jumped by a gang, who mutilated her.
However, the road of reconciliation has begun. To ensure reconciliation, old elf rebellious groups were allowed to enter life in Texas, but the County went under serious Texan occupation to prevent any further rebellions.
Over 100000, 30000 killed, Texans fought, Elf vs Citizens, and remains the bloodiest conflict in the Texan mainland.
Further amendments passed by the Texan Republic ordered the elf act, where if an elf married inside the Texan mainland as an refugee, he or she would be a citizen.
Entering into the 1290s, it would see that the Texan fight for protecting the union would continue.
For abbot, what made him the leader, that he never panicked, and said "We were part of the land of the free, and we will continue fighting to honor the ones that were brave"
