Texas is transported to a new world, but what became of the state?

The Vulkan Empire was a force that made Texas extremely nervous as it had technology that could rival the Texan Republic despite that technology being from wolrd war one.
It's geographic position also was close to the Texan mainland as it had islands it could use as a base to strike near the Orion Texan state.

The Vulkan Empire did discover the Texan Republic through navy patrol and the two Naval boats didn't exchange shells, but rather exchanged conversations and left peacefully.
However in the vulkan home front, it was a mess of reactions. Some calling the Texans potential allies, some calling Texans inferior race or country. Many of the Vulkan emperor's senate thought it was the Vulkan future to conquest Texas.
However, despite the small tensions, both sides stayed neutral.
But things across all continents are getting extremely heated as new alliances formed, such as the Vulkan-Demonic Alliance or the Superiority Pact. Along with the Old Allies which consists of the Beastmens kingdom, elf empire, Coastal Republic, and the Cotal kingdom.
Texas was in a bit of a tight spot. They had just finished liberating the island for the honeybees and were now sorting bases and ports for the oil, iron, natural gasses and minerals, so they needed to sit out of a major conflict.
Essentially the war was going to be a war unlike the wolrd will ever see within the last 100 years. To make matters worse the ongoing Cotal-Vulkan arms race was still going, it saw both nations pimp up their armies and the alliances they formed also following suit.
By July of 1270 the Old allies forces stood at 2.51 Million strong, while the Superiority Pact alliance was 6.62 Million. Meanwhile the Texas military stood at 300,000 active duty ready to defend the mainland. Texas also sent 30,000 extra troops to the newly named Bee Island to protect the island, and also sent 3,000 pilot and planes.
Another point was the loss of the Mage Empire which was sacked amd looted by the Vulkan army. As so, many mages started to rebel and fight off the army, but only to loose and which sent over 200,000 surviving mages to seek refuge in various nations.
Final point being the rivalry between the South empire of the Beast Empire and the ogre Kingdom with the Coastal Republic and the cotal kingdom.
Knowing a major war that was boiling up, Texas or the Vulkans would make agreements to seize tension and prep for a better future, but in a twist that surprised no one, you would be wrong.
Over the following weeks the Vulkans were supplying nationalists with firearms in the Beastmens kingdom to overthrow the monarchy, but thanks to the beastmen army modernization, it was a total failure.
Queen Jusca Shogate, who was nearing 90, was anxious of new rebels and turned to the Texans for help, the Texans needed to stay neutral, but they would supply cotal forces and let them be indirectly helping.
