part 2
violence warning...? prolly abt the abuse
and some murder scene...
third person pov

y/n's father's abuse had taken a toll on her – both physically and emotionally – and she was at her breaking point. she managed to make it to her bedroom, but as soon as she closed the door, the tears began to fall, and she collapsed onto her bed, her body shaking with sobs. she didn't know how much more she could take – the thought of having to endure her father's anger for even one more day was enough to make her feel hopeless, and the despair she felt was almost palpable.

it was haerin's voice that finally broke through her tear-stained haze. "y/n," she called out softly, her voice filled with concern. she didn't need to ask what had happened; it was clear by y/n's appearance and the noises from beyond her door. "are you okay?" she continued, her voice no longer holding back her worry.

y/n's body twitched at the sound of her voice, and she managed to nod weakly before collapsing back onto her bed, the last shred of her energy gone.

haerin rushed inside, her heart racing as she saw the state y/n was in. despite the bruises on her twin sister's body and the fact that y/n was completely motionless, haerin had already made her mind to help. gently, she lifted y/n's limp body and cradled her in her arms, her tears falling uncontrollably as she sobbed silently. she could feel y/n's trembling body against her own, and she knew that she had to do something – y/n couldn't continue to live like this.

haerin held her sister's frail body in her arms, the weight of what had happened to y/n finally settling in. she'd known that their father's abuse had been taking a toll on y/n for some time now, but she never realized how bad things had gotten until now. and it made her furious.

"you'll be okay, y/n," she whispered to her sister, trying to comfort her. she could feel y/n's body shaking in her arms, and it broke her heart to see her sister like this. "we'll get through this, i promise," she continued, her voice filled with determination. but even as she spoke the words, she wasn't sure how true they really were. she knew that their father's abuse wasn't anything new; it had been happening for years, and she had never been able to do anything about it. but somehow, this time felt different – like y/n was at the end of her rope.

as she held her sister close, haerin made a silent promise to herself: she would do whatever it took to protect y/n from their father's abuse – even if it meant facing him alone.

y/n's father was snoring loudly on the sofa, the television still on, as the clock struck midnight. y/n and haerin had been waiting for this moment for hours – waiting for their father to fall asleep so they could finally act.

with their father out of the way, haerin's face was set, her mind determined as she crept towards the kitchen, careful not to make a sound.

y/n watched silently as haerin carefully searched through the cabinets, her eyes scanning the contents of each for what she was looking for. with a satisfied grunt, she finally pulled a small knife from one of the drawers, a small smirk crossing her lips as y/n's heart raced with fear and excitement.
