The game ended with a 'Game Over' screen... It made no sense... The game itself made no sense... It started with the second day, and then it jumped to the fourth day... The first and third days were skipped. On the game over screen was a message that said 'Down five'.

You hummed and looked at the controls. You thought about the message and looked down at the bottom button. You pressed it five times, and to your surprise, the screen changed.

Nagito stopped rambling and looked at you in admiration.

"Ah! Wonderful job, Y/N-chan! Just as I expected from an Ultimate!" He said, a big smile on his face.

"I don't think it has anything to do with being an Ultimate..." You uttered, clicking to play the game.

... It was like a Class Trial. A girl had died, and the girls started to investigate. And at the end, some guy was talking about his sister.

It was afternoon by the time you guys finished playing, and by then, you wanted nothing more than to go back to your cottage. You were interrupted, however, when Monokuma popped up.

"Yaaaaay! Congraaaaats! Miracle contgratulatioooooons!" He exclaimed, "You have finally beaten Twilight Syndrome Murder Case! Now that you guys have played this game through the end, you should already know... That's right, that game is a nonfiction game based on an actual past incident!"

"N-No way...!" You uttered, not wanting to believe him.

"By the way, 'nonfiction' means an original story based on historical fact or records. Buuuuut... even if this is nonfiction, you guys probably don't remember it. Well, that can't be helped. The school life you no longer remember is the setting for this story. At any rate... congratulations! Now then, as for the ending prize that I'm supposed to give you as a reward for clearing the game... I won't give it to ya! There was only one ending prize, and I already gave it to the first person who beat it! Puhuhu, how disappointing!"

With that, Monokuma left. You stared at the spot he was once at before glancing at Nagito.

"Um... it's getting late... We should probably head back to our cottages..." You said.

"Ah... about that... If you don't mind, could trash like me stay with you in your cottage?" Nagito asked, "I don't want anyone noticing that I was let out of that old building. Of course, you don't have to agree."

You started to walk back to your cottage, Nagito following close behind you.
