Cassie's P.O.V:

Luke's arm has gotten better. His leg is almost better. His cuts have healed.

" Im so proud of you." Luke said looking at me.

" Why?" I asked confused.

" Your doing better than I am." He said.

" What do you mean?"

" You seem like your doing better about our break up than I am."

" Trust me. Im not." I said laughing a little.

" How?" He asked laughing a little too.

" I was crying a lot, I wouldn't go, I had one song on repeat. "

" What song?"

" I don't even remember."

" Oh."

" What about you? How were you after our break up?"

" I was basically the same way."

" Really?"

" Yeah. But I found this girl I thought I loved."

" What do you mean thought?"

" I kept thinking. ' This girl is better' but as the relationship progressed I kept saying ' this girl is not what I thought she would be'."

" Oh."

" I was thinking about breaking up with her."

" Why haven't you?"

" You."

" What?" I asked sitting up a little bit.

" You showed up. I remembered Chandler as soon as we kissed. Then I realized you might like him. But I don't want to be lonely while you have a boyfriend."

" But you could find someone else."

" But thats the problem."

I looked at him confused.

" I don't want to find someone else when the person I really like is right in front of me."

" Then why are you giving me permission to date someone else?"

" Because you might like them more. But you never know until you try the relationship."

" Luke." I said grabbing his hand.
I quickly pulled my hand away. He grabbed my hand kissed it.

" Its fine to grab my hand babe." He said smiling.

" Are you sure? Because you still have a girlfriend."

" Im gonna break up with her." Luke said pulling his phone out.

" Wait." I said stopping him.

He looked up at me. " What?"

" Don't break up with her just because of me." I said.

" But I don't love her. I love you." He said biting his lip.

" Luke."

" What?"

" I don't think this is right."

" But you said......"

" Don't do this."

" Im gonna do this no matter what you say." He said dialing her number.

" Kylie?" Luke asked talking into the phone.

He was quiet for a few seconds.

" Listen. Im sorry to say this but I think we need to break up." He said biting his lip.

" This isn't working out for me."

" Bye."

He hung up and I fell back into the chair.

" There."

" You didn't need to do that."

" But you aren't dating anyone."

" But you want me to date Chandler."

" I thought about it."

" So?"

" I don't want you to go out with him."

" So you think just because I like and you like me I will take you back easily?"

He stayed quiet.

" Do you want me to date Chandler or not?" I asked crossing my arms across my chest.

He stayed quiet.

" Luke."

" No! I don't!"

" Then why'd you say that in the first place?"

" I thought that if I gave you the chance to move on it will help me get over you!"

" Im leaving!" I said walking towards the door.
