Piper's P.O.V:

" Tay?" The doctor asked.

Luke, Cassie, and I stood up.

" Follow me."

We followed him back. We arrived at Tay's room and she was hooked up to machines.

" She's in a coma. We don't know if she will wake up or not."

" How is she in a coma?" I asked.

The doctor sighed and walked away. We all walked in.

" So she can hear us but can't respond or anything?" Luke asked.

" Yeah." Cassie said.

I walked over and sat down in the chair beside the bed. " Hi Tay."

" I know you can hear me. Can you please wake up? Cause we need you."

" Why'd you starve yourself? Was it us? Was it Calum?" I asked.

" Why wouldn't you talk?" Cassie asked.

" Sorry if we felt like we were pressuring you. We just wanted the Tay we knew and loved back."

I sighed and stood up. The doctor walked back in and looked at us.

" Can we talk? All of us?" The doctor asked.

We all nodded.

" I'll wait in here. Tay is your friend." Luke said sitting down.

All of us except Luke walked outside.

" How long do you want her on the machines?" The doctor asked.
" Can we have her on there forever?" Cassie asked.

" Sadly no."

" What's the longest you can do?"

" A month."

" Put her on for that long." Cassie said.

" Ok. If she doesn't wake up by a month we have to pull the plug."

" So. If she doesn't wake up your unplugging her from what she's surviving on?" I asked.

The doctor nodded and walked away.

" She'll wake up." Cassie said and I nodded.

We walked back in quietly and looked. Luke was sitting beside Tay.

" Um.... hey Tay. Its Luke."

" I know we haven't talked much but you've been like a sister to me. Don't know how that worked out but it did."

" Anyways. I was kinda wondering if you could wake up. Wake up for Cassie and Piper. They need you."

" Luke." Cassie said.

He looked up. " How long have you been standing there?"

" Long enough." Cassie said smiling.

Luke stood up and walked over. " So?"

" She's on the machines for month. If she doesn't wake up they are pulling the plug."

Luke pulled us into a hug. " She'll wake up."

I started crying.

" Please. Tay. Wake up." I cried out.

Cassie pulled him into a hug. " She will."

I dug my face into her shoulder and cried even more.

" Should I tell the other boys?" Luke asked.

" Just tell Michael. Tell him if the other boys ask then just to make up something." I said.

" Okay." Luke said walking out.

" Calum should find out the hard way." I said to Cassie.

" Should Ashton?" Cassie asked.

I shrugged.

" A month to go til we find out." Cassie said.

I nodded and sat down.
