The Rucking

When everyone is heading towards school,
They each carry their bag, containing a set of books and materials,
And we are one of them.

As you walk into the halls, you can't help but notice that
You are the only one suffering from poor posture inside the building.
Until you realize that the reason other students' bags are lighter is because
They've taken away unnecessary materials.

Give yourself the credit for carrying the heaviest bag in the room,
But also acknowledge that just because yours is heavier doesn't mean
They aren't rucking.

As you meet your other classmates,
Some will hold your backpack when you need it, and they are who you keep.
Some will try to borrow your items, but they will return them with politeness.
Some will try to reach out for your heavy items with no permission, but eventually,
They will be the ones to carry it heavier.
