When writing something long in your notebook,
It tends to take two or three pages.
You can try your best to make your penmanship small,
But by the end of the page,
There was only one line left to write, and it still did not fit.

If the ink used was indelible, avoid writing on the back page.
You don't want it to get dirtier than it already is,
It starts becoming hard to read.

The topic of that page will end up taking to the next,
But when that short sentence is complete,
You could at least set a line to move on,
Without having to move pages.

As you now try to start with your next chapter, you forget that promising start that you thought of.
It's okay; some pieces don't get to the final result.
You'll lose something interesting to give you a reason to continue.
You may have forgotten the original writing style you were going for, but maybe it did get better.

You could even take inspiration from your very own previous chapters,
After all, you get to write your own thing.
