Needles are sharp and painful,
But it's required to get the medicine across,
And keeps the patient healthy.
Some patients willingly come into the clinic to get an injection,
But they still fear the needle.
Some patients actively decline it,
Because they think that the medicine it contains is unnecessary.
Sometimes, the needle only needed to stay for a few more seconds,
However, the patient still requested for it to stop.
Only half a dosage of the medicine was given to him.
Other needles are empty and are just used to stab someone,
Or they're just lethal for the sake of it.
It does not benefit the patient at all.
It's a ticking poison, and even if it's not,
It has side effects in the long term.
