After I'm done doing all my tasks,
I just stare blankly at the laptop screen for hours at a time.
It doesn't have any games in it,
It's just a screen,
A blue screen. The objects in my surroundings start to lose color,
And it's not the device's fault.
It just happens when you stare at something for a while. This is somehow so entertaining.
Even as the electricity loses its spark,
It was the only appliance to remain turned on.I never once blinked, as my eyes were always open all those hours.
To some unfortunate circumstances, I went blind faster than any other person would have.
Now, I can finally focus on other things.I did this to set a good example with my friends,
Because there are times when you need to go down to bring someone into light.
