Scar

Scar had woken up in the middle of the night. He thought something was off. He went downstairs to check on grian.

Nothing's wrong. Nothing's wrong. Nothing's wrong. I'm just overly anxious. Just me being me. Just some reflexes from what happened.

Despite his thoughts, he went downstairs to check on Grian. He expected to see a small avian sleeping in bed. Instead the sheets were messed up and there was nothing. Somehow, Scar wasn't surprised that grian had left. Being kidnapped then tortured sounds traumatizing. He chalked it up to a coincidence.

Suddenly, his communicator buzzed. The news blared. A new villain. He had just robbed the most protected bank in all of minecraftia. And he had the security help him carry it out.

This new villain didn't look too threatening. Hero school told him that this one was the most dangerous out of them all. No sensible person would risk their life like that if they were weak. This scared him more than anything else. Either this person was insane or insanely powerful. Both were bad. There are no good outcomes here. Especially not as a superhero with your identity known.

Still, it was his duty as a hero to be a hero. He needed to fight. To the death if it comes to that. Still, the world was in his hands.

I will fight and I will stand.

Scar waited for the hero team to pick him up and he flew over on the back of jimmy. About five minutes later, he landed with shubble, fwhip, jimmy, and joey. The top four heroes and his personal plane.

Scar had a love-hate relationship with having Jimmy be my mode of transport. On one hand, it was always a good time with jimmy. He loved talking with his friend about exciting takedowns and battle scenes. On the other hand, it felt like Jimmy wasn't being treated as human. It felt like, to notch, Jimmy was just a piece of property. That wasn't right.

The battle was about to begin. Cuteguy, Redstone, and Glitch versus 'shroom', 'draconic', 'pirate', and 'Hotguy'. It seemed like the odds were in their favor. This probably means they're not. At least Scar could look forward to calling bdubs short after he gets back.

Instead of attacking, the villains stood there calmly, waiting for the hero's move. Hotguy spoke.

"Villains, return the money and we will leave you in peace."

The new villain, Cuteguy, replied.

"The guards said we could have it. Isn't that right, guys?"

One of the guards agreed with Cuteguy.

"Yeah. he can have it."

Hotguy was shocked at this. These guards, who were normally so good at protecting this bank and had helped him fight off criminals numerous times, were giving the villains full access to the place. They might as well give him the key and say it's his.

Scar was getting ready to fight, not only for the money, but for the guards' freedom.

"What have you done? Threatened their families? Hurt them? Killed someone in front of them? You're a monster."

Scar didn't see the look on Cuteguy's face, that, for barely a second, flashed with a look of pure pain.

Hotguy plunged into battle, going for Cuteguy.

Hotguy fought Cuteguy, who had solid PVP skills, until Hotguy had him pinned to the ground. Suddenly, the villain spoke. However, he spoke not words of submission, but a command.

"Get off me."

Scar felt his limbs move all on their own. He freaked out for a second until some part of his brain told him that if he trusted this man it would all be okay in the end. He relinquished control.

'Hotguy' turned and left.

Cuteguy spoke once more.

"All heroes, leave now."

The heroes at once did what they were told, with canary picking up Hotguy before they left.

No one but Grian knew the one thing Scar said that was true. That thing had haunted him for years.

And now, it was his reality.
