Yn's pov

As I watched Jungkook retreat upstairs, the weight of his reluctance hung heavily in the air. I knew he didn't desire this marriage, and it gnawed at me. Nevertheless, I needed to find a way to calm my racing thoughts and soothe the turbulent emotions swirling within me.

Seeking solace, I decided to step outside onto the open terrace with my phone in hand. I planned to call Lisa, the one person who could always provide me with comfort and understanding. However, to my surprise, I found Lisa already waiting outside.

Without a word, I rushed towards her, overcome with emotion, and enveloped her in a tight, heartfelt hug. In that moment, words were unnecessary as our embrace conveyed the depth of my feelings.

Morning had dawned, and I stayed at Lisa's house with the consent of my parents. I knew that the Jeon family was planning to depart in the morning, so I aimed to return home before their departure. With Lisa by my side, I felt comforted and supported as we both prepared for the day.

As we approached the entrance of the house, I couldn't help but scan the area, looking for any sign of Jungkook's presence. Our eyes met briefly, but I quickly averted my gaze when I noticed Jiso. I hurried over to her and enveloped her in a warm hug, while Lisa did the same. The three of us engaged in a heartfelt conversation, offering support and reassurance.

When it was time to bid farewell to Mr. and Mrs. Jeon, I smiled and expressed my gratitude and well-wishes. At the same moment, Jungkook emerged and drove away in his car, leaving me to watch him depart .As I bid my farewells to Mr. and Mrs. Jeon, Mr. Jeon approached me with a warm smile that held a hint of relief. He looked into my eyes and spoke with sincerity, "I am glad you are going to be Jungkook's wife."

His words carried a weight that settled in my heart, and I nodded, acknowledging his sentiment. With mixed emotions, I watched their car drive away, leaving me to contemplate the path I had chosen.
