A/N it's Thean is pronouced Theen and Aella is pronounced A-L-AH, Rimel is promocued Rim-el
(Sorry for all the weird names haha)

Gravel was kicked up behind my parents car. I looked down at my shorts and grabbed them tightly as fear confused me. I looked around at the parking lot of my new home.
Riverwood academy was founded hundreds of years ago. Every single year almost every rider in the world applied to come to riverwood. They all dreamed of coming here and riding in the massive arenas. Me and about ten other students had gotten the letter that told us for the rest of our school lives this place would be out home. Nearly every rider who graduated from the academy would go on to win grandprixs and become some of the best riders in the world
I looked up from my tanned legs and saw the school. My eyes opened up wide as i fan girled over the school. The school was made from bricks that was covered with ivy. The path to the campus was half grass and the other was a sweet pavement. Students and parents had taken over the parking lot. I heard a massive crash and driver cuss. A massive bang came from the horse trailer. Is Rimel okay?
"Oh no! Rimel!" I squealed. What if she was hurt? Or was it just her aggressive behaviour. My fingers flung forward and I grabbed my phone and opened the Horse Camera app. I looked at the screen. A camera had been placed into the horse float and connected to my phone.
"Poor Rimel." I whispered as I watched her thrash around. She was rearing and bucking trying to get out of the trailer.
I and rescued rimel a little bit over a year ago from a abusive home and now she was mine. It had taken ages to get her to become semi safe. She still refused to be touched by anyone other then me and a few of my friends back home. Rimel often bucked and reared but she was an incredible jumper.
"Let me park, Aella, Rimel will be fine." My dad told me as he slammed on the brakes backing us into a large car park that was designed to fit cars and horse floats. I held my phone tighter as rimel thrashed around.
"She has been in the float for a week" I told my Mum. We had to travel from across Australia to get here and Rimel had not handled it well. She broke the trailer and we had to buy a new one. Mum and dad where not happy.
"Okay all parked ready to unload her?" My dad asked.
"Yep." I told my dad and got out. I pulled the trailer door out. Rimel bucked nearly hitting me in the face. I moved to the other side of the trailer and untied the maroon lead rope. I held it as I pulled the butt bar back and rimel back out fast.
"Rimel, easy." I told my paint mare who bucked missing hitting me and the trailer by a few centimetres. I held her by the halter and moved her away from the trailer. Once she calmed down I let go of her halter and held onto the leadrope.
"Woah! Rimel! Calm down." I told her. She flicked her ears back. Suddenly a car honked. Rimel forced her legs up and started jumping around. I grabbed a inch of rope and yanked towards me. The rope burned my hand.
"Calm down! Rimel!" I yelled panicking. Then a car backfired and Rimel reared up and flung her body forward. I fell forward as slammed into the ground. Rimel moved faster and faster dragging me along the ground. The rope burned through my hands as we fling across the grass. I tried to let go of the rope but it had gotten trapped around my hand.
"ALLEA!" My mum and dad yelled as I was dragged forward.
"Rimel" I yelled but it came out as crazy gibberish. In a flash a hand reached out and grabbed the paint's halter. I look up and saw a brown haired girl gripping Rimels halter.
"Holy crap! Are you okay?" The girl asked keeping a steady hold on my panicking mare.
"Yeah! I'm okay. What's your name?" I asked standing up checking for any cuts on my clothes. Thank goodness they where only small.
"My name is thean. " she told me handing the red lead rope.
"What's you name?" She asked moving her pretty hair behind her sleek shoulder.
"Aella. And my horse is Rimel" I told her with a thankful smile.
"That was a pretty bad... I dunno what to cal it but why did she bolt?" Thean asked helping me get the rope off from around my hands.
"Shes a rescue and hates trailers and I think she's gonna be acting up for a week or a little more." I told thean.
"We better get your horse in to the stable. I'll hold the halter to stop her bolting." She told me smiling grabbing the red halter.
"I'll text my mum telling her I'm okay" I told her and pulled out my phone that had somehow not been damaged.

Aella
I'm okay mum, don't worry, I met a girl called Thean and she is helping me.
Mum
Oh thank gosh! Meet you back at the trailer when your done. Bring your friend
I grinned then cringed before shoving the phone into my pocket.
We walked to the stable smiling and sharing details on our home lives.
"This is cookie" she opened the door and showed me the stunning Gelding. He reached his head out and pushed it sideways and I gave him a cheek rub. The horse has small spots all over his body like choc chips had been placed on him.
"How old is?" I asked giving him another pat.
"Ten, I was gonna bring my mare Star but she had a fall and can't be ridden with hard work." She told me. I swear I could see her heart drop.
"I'm sorry, Rimel's been through it and I'm surprised she hasn't bit you." I told her with a small grin.
"What happened to rimel?" Thean asked. Rimel was nuzzling Cookie calmly.
"She was born in a barn and ridden from still a foal. She was very aggressive, starved. Beaten. When we went to the rescue centre she was basically a skeleton. She was on the verge of death. I volunteered till she was better and adopted her." I told thean who's jaw had dropped.
"Well Rimel's stall is next to cookies so get her settled in." Thean told me a kind smile. I nodded and lead her on.
I gently slipped the halter off her head and suddenly she reared up slipping around on hay.
"Rimel! Stop!" I yelled. She slammed on the ground and bucked the stable. I grabbed the halter and tied her up.
"That way she can't rear or buck." I told thean looking at my poor girl panicking.
"I'll go to talk to the Mr. Corner, he's one of the trainers. He might be able to pad the stable so she doesn't hurt herself. You better get to your parents" thean told and ran off.
"Thanks!" I called out but she already sprinting away.
