CHAPTER 19

It's 3 days from Hyein and Wooseok's funeral. Seonghwa is now living with Jiyeon, for now.

"Mom, I think I want to take care of Seonghwa. I want to make him my adopted child. And this is the last time I will adopt a child."

"I agree with Seonghwa's but 'this is the last time I will adopt a child', I don't believe it."

"Mom!"

"Look now, how many children you have. I thought you wanted to have only one child and you ended up with six sons, plus Seonghwa it's seven."

"I don't know too. I also didn't think it would end up like this."

"Don't say end up, next time you will add more."

"Mom!"

"Okay whatever."

"I will settle Seonghwa's matters as soon as possible."

"How about him?"

"As you see." Jiyeon's face changed.

"It is not easy for him. He is only 4 years old."

Seonghwa had a fever a day after the last time he saw his parents. He keeps calling his parents. But luckily, there are her kids who are always accompany him. Jiyeon also took a few days off even though she had a lot of work at the office. But Seonghwa is more important than all that.

"Seonghwa. Wake up baby. Let's eat."

"Mommy..."

"Seonghwa."

He opened his eyes. "Where's mommy?"

Jiyeon bit her lower lip. "Seonghwa, let's eat. I made chicken porridge for you. Yunho hyung help me."

Seonghwa sat up and finished the chicken porridge. His appetite is getting better than before.

"Hwa!" San suddenly barged into the room. It's a temporary room for Seonghwa and after this it will be Seonghwa's room since Jiyeon decided to adopt her.

"San, don't do like that anymore and call him Seonghwa hyung. He's even a year older than you."

"Sorry mama." He showed his smiling eyes. "Hwa hyung, do you want to play lego?"

Seonghwa shook his head slowly.

"He is still not well, he needs rest. You play with him later, okay? After he's healthy."

San pouted. "Okay mama."

"Let's go out, let him sleep."

A day after, Seonghwa is recover from the fever. Yunho and Mingi went to kindergarten as usual. Yeosang, San and Wooyoung being chaotic like they always are.

Hongjoong came down from upstairs with Seonghwa in his arm. Seonghwa messed up with his meals earlier and needs his clothes changed. He wants Hongjoong to change his clothes and that's why him with Hongjoong.

Hongjoong put him down as they were in the living room. Seonghwa pulled Hongjoong's hand to sit down.

"He likes you so much." Jiyeon said.

"Apparently. He sticks to me like glue." Seonghwa chuckled at that.

"Okay kids, listen here. I have something to tell you."

"What is it, mama?" Wooyoung asked and Yeosang sat on her lap. Meanwhile Seonghwa and San share Hongjoong's lap.

"From now on, Seonghwa is apart from your brother. He's my son now too, like all of you."
