i think i hear wedding bells?

"We got engaged two weeks ago?" Audrey says exasperated. Serena grins at her, and squeezes her shoulder before excusing herself from the dining room table in Harry and Audrey's house. 

Audrey's mother sighs, "But Audie you've got to start thinking about it at least!" 

Audrey's eyes widen almost comically, mentally scolding Harry and Elliot for going out tonight while her mother's visiting.  "Mom obviously I've thought about my wedding. I just wanna enjoy being a fiancé for right now. I don't even want a super huge wedding or anything. M'not sure if Harry does either."  Audrey stands up from the table walking over to the kitchen. 

"See! This is what I'm talking about, you two need to talk about that kind of stuff!" Iris comments again. 

Serena walks back into the room now joined by Percy who's babbling around his binky. "Iris, why don't you tell me about you and Jack's wedding?" She askings motioning her over to the couch. Audrey's mom happily joins her. "Oh Felix is requesting you go say good night miss mumsie." Serena sends a smirk Audrey's way, leading Audrey to walk towards Felix's room in confusion.

Knocking on the door before poking her head into the dimly lit room, Audrey smiles seeing Felix all snuggled up in bed. "Hi baby. You ready for bed?" She settles on the side of his bed and runs her hand through his hair. 

"Mommy and daddy told me I had to ask you something." He says sleepily. Audrey holds back a giggle at his forward words and furrows her brows at him. "What's up Fif?" 

Felix shuffles under his sheets, turning to lay on his side. "Well, daddy said once you guys get married, that means you're like another mommy to me." He explains with a pout.

"But they said I had to ask you if you were okay with that. Do you wanna be my mom? Oh wait can you be my mom? Daddy said I could call you mum. But he said I don't sound like him. But I do. Right?" He rambles sleepily and Audrey can't help but laugh. 

Her heart blossoms , feeling so much love for her little boy. "Felix I would love to be whatever you want me to be. You can call me mom or mum. I love you, thank you for asking me." She tickles his side making him giggle. She stops when he lets out a large yawn and settles him back into bed. 

"mkay, good night mom I love you!" Felix yawns again. 

Audrey leans down to press a gentle kiss to the top of his head, "night baby. See you in the morning." 

With a beaming smile Audrey walks back into the living room. Her mom and Serena chatting away on the couch. Just as she goes to pass the hallway that leads to the front door Audrey hears the chime from the elevator signaling Harry's home. 

Audrey leans against the doorway of the hallway and smiles when a flushed face grinning Harry walks into the house. 

Harry gasps seeing her, "Audie baby! I missed you!" he rushes towards her to hug her tightly. This causes Audrey to laugh as she wraps her arms around his waist. 

"I'm assuming you had fun tonight? You want some water baby?" Audrey says softly with a smile permanently etched into her cheeks. 

This past year of her life has been nothing but joyful. Moving to New York has done wonders for her. 

"M'not drunk." Harry whines, definitely tipsy. "El and I went to some bar and this girl hit on me but I told her I'm married don't worry. She left me alone after that but the bartender was sooo nice to me and she asked about my wife so I told her we just got engaged and then I got a bunch of free drinks." He attaches himself to Audrey and walks with her to the kitchen still rambling, "Apparently! She was Maya's ex girlfriend and she knew El so that's cool."
