Kodaka Hasegawa (One of the founders of the Neighbor's Club! He was sen as a delinquent for his blonde hair, which he inherited form his English Mother, so he helped form the Club to help make friends with others who were equally as inept at it! He lives in Japan with his little sister as well!)
