For months Kai has been getting this weird feeling, he can't quite make out. He's always thinking off him, talking about time, dreaming about him and around him. Its like he's obsessed with him, Kai tries to play it off like its just a month thing. Expect for tonight, he's laying in bed deep in thought thinking about it. This is probably the only time he ever has, other times he'd get a headache from thinking to hard. Before Kai could start getting that aching feeling there was a knock at the door "yes?" He called out as he sat up in his bed. "Hey Kai, want to play some video games?" The raven haired boy asked as the door to Kais room screamed, he was holding a disc to some game and had a smile "oh, sure" Kai said blankly getting up, his feet touched the cold floor and loud at that. The floor under Kai creaked as he walked towards Cole, the boy had a worried face on and watched the ninja that always had a spark to him walk passed. Cole quicken his feet to walk up beside him "what were you doing spark?" Kai always hated that name, except when he used it. It was different.. not making fun of him, more in a cute way? "Nothing!" He now seemed more defensive like Cole knew what he was doing and was just waiting for him two confirm it. "Alright dude, want something to eat?" The taller boy asked opening his room door for Kai "no" his blank stare told Cole everything, Kai was always so full of it. He had that spark in his eyes and fire in his hair, today it was more messy and he had eye bags. The hottest ninja ever as eye bags?? Kai sat down on Coles bed with a slump, his faced looked more pale along with his hands "what about a drink?" Cole asked with a small smirk as he lifted Kais chin up to look at him. finally an emotion, Kais cheeks reden a bit but soon after went away like he remembered something. "Alright Kai," it seemed like Cole gave up, he put the disc in and started up the PS. The small TV lit up blue and popped up 7 profiles, it looks like Nya signed in? Cole plugged in the other controller and handed to Kai. He looked up from the ground and held it, he waited for Cole to start the game still with a melted face, Cole looked over at the boy "have you been on recently Kai?" The black ninja asked to fill the silence, but Kai just shook his head. Cole looked away with a more worried and awkward face. As Cole picked his character Kai stared at the floor like it was speaking to him, minutes flew passed before Cole said anything "Kai, its your turn to pick your dude" he laid a hand on Kais and gave him a quick smile, Kai moved his hand and placed it on the control quickly. He picked a random guy when he normally picks himself, Cole plays with his hand that Kai just swatted off and takes a peak at him. He's sitting there still looking at the floor "Kai." Coles voice deepen catching Kais attention, but not enough to take his eyes off the floor "Look at m when im talking to you" the earth ninja grabbed Kais face and switched it to look at himself, "your definitely not yourself, talk to me" Cole let go slowly "no.." Kais weak voice showed "you've been like this all week you cant hide" that caused Kai to look down at his lap "yeah" he said with a pause. Cole let him take his time and waited, after around 30 seconds Kai looked at Cole and gave him a quick peck on the cheek. Coles face immediately turned bright red and he gave a nervous laugh, but Kai still looked dead. He just looked at Cole, his lips shook and his eyes soften like he was about to sob.

"I wish you were a girl."
And with that, Kai walked out the room.

Coles face turned pale in no time, hands shook, his smile faded and even though his vision was blurry from the water now in his eyes, he watched Kai walk out like that was going to be the last time he ever saw him.
