C.25 His last hug

I can't tell if this is more of a Kai and Lloyd one shot then a lava, but i put the two together.

The ninja were in the middle of fighting a sea monster, the thing was half way in the water as its tentacles were out destroying its surroundings. Cole and Jay were kinda away from everyone else fighting the one side of the sea monster as the others were on the other side, Lloyd jumped up in the air about to slash a tentacle with his weapon but was soon stopped. He looked down and saw that the thing had grabbed ahold of him, Lloyd yelled seeing he dropped his weapon. Not thinking fast enough he was soon smashed into the water below "LLOYD!" Kai shouted running to the body of water, he jumped over the fence keeping little kids from falling in then dived right in. Lloyd was being held down by the big monster, as Kai got closer to Lloyds struggling self he took out his sword and slashed the tentacle. The water turned a red as Lloyd swam right out of the lose grip, Kai grabbed ahold of Lloyd and pushed him up. Lloyd needed more air then he did, he was under there longer, Kai thought Forgetting he can't swim. Kai tried and tried, watching the water be more blurry then it was. His lags moved fast and so did his arms and hands but it seemed he wasn't going anywhere, he put a hand out trying to grab something to help him but failed to find anything. He frantically opened his mouth sucking in alot of water, he coughed and coughed before he couldn't anymore.
  When Lloyd stuck his head up taking a big breath for air he saw all the ninja "Lloyd!" Nya said with a smiled pulling him up over the ledge "we so glad your ok" Jay said as Nya pulled Lloyd in for a hug, the said boy smiled and hugged back "is Kai still coming?" Cole mentioned causing Nya to let go of Lloyd "KAI CANT SWIM" she shot her head over the ledge to find any sight of Kai, just then Cole jumped over the fence and into the water "oh no" Zane muttered as all the ninja watched in hopes the fire ninja was alright.
  Cole was looking around burning his eyes out of his head before dodging a tentacle that slapped in the water, he looked around again. There he saw it, Kais hand. Without waiting he grabbed the hand, pulled the body on his chest and swam up as fast as he can. Coles head shot up out of the water taking a breather, Zane pulled the two up "oh god Kai!" Nyas eyes already filled with tears, Cole layed her bother down on the concrete "back away everyone" Zane said leaning down, he put his two hands on Kais chest and started to perform CPR, but had to stop due to the monster still trying to kill em. "Jay and Nya, you stay here and fight with the other elemental masters. Me Lloyd and Cole will go ahead and save Kai." Zane demanded as he pointed to Cole then to Kai, Nya sniffed her tears away and nodded before taking off with Jay. Cole grabbed the poor boys body and ran off into the closest building before laying Kai down again, Zane tried CPR again.

Nothing.

Again.

Nothing.

Zane quickly looked at Cole "mouth to mouth." Cole blushed but knowing they didn't have time he nodded and got down, Lloyd was quite, probably thinking this was his fault. The black ninja grabbed Kais chin and performed mouth to mouth, he kept doing it until Zane sighed. His fingers on Kais wrist, "what?!" Lloyd asked looking at Zane.

"He's dead"

Zanes voice was like a bullet threw the heart, Cole didn't look up but just at Kai. His eyes started to water "i didn't get to say i loved him" Cole saids, his voice cracking in pain. Zane patted Coles back before patting the spot beside him calling Lloyd over, Lloyd sat beside Zane and hugged him. Cole hasn't even looked up yet, Kais pale face, closed eyes, wet hair really made this alot worse. But that wasn't all of it, the smirk he always had on around Cole. He'd never see it again, is glowing eyes, his charm, his laughter, his jokes. Well, you get it. Cole lifted the cold body and hugged it, seeing it will be the last time doing so.

"I love you Kai"
