C.37 I think

Hey guys! Sorry for being gone, school has been stressful and im working on my new book "The Bite" and also working on a long special oneshot people have been asking for since the start of this 'book'!

Its a long one, standing at 5380 words right now! (I don't even think im halfway done..)

All the ninja sat on the edge of the ship in the air, the sky was black with stars all around. They all stared up at the beautiful sky with glowing eyes, their legs dangling in the cold breeze. Nya's head rested on Jays shoulder, there fingertips met before linking together. Pixel and Zane also doing the same. Kai sat beside Cole and Lloyd, the green ninjas head was on top of one of Kais thighs as his body was stretched out on top of Zanes lap almost reaching Pixels. Kais fingers driften through the blonde boys hair, Lloyd smiled as his eyes started to close. Cole watched how caring Kai can be, which made his stomach turn.

Its been a few hours since they started this party, well.. was a party.

The sky was bright and blue at the start, they all hung out on the deck playing games, drinking, and enjoying themselves. After a bit they all decided to hang there feet and watch the sunset, first they where all chatty, talking about life really. But after a couple of hours they didn't have much more to say, so they sat in silence, calm and comfortable silence. Its been like this for around an hour, and no one wants to move, its rare to have days like this being a ninja. The only sound was the big pool of water below them moving around, there own breathing, and the wind. They where out at sea, probably an hour away from shore.

Cole looked off into the dark water, he shifted in his spot before turning his head towards Kai.

"Kai" he called out, the fire ninja made eye contact with the earth elemental "hm?" He groaned, clearly tired. Cole paused looking around before continuing "i think i like you?" He bluntly said, Nyas head shot up and she looked at Cole. Though Jay and Nya had to bend over the ship to get a look at Cole, they could see his nose redden as well as Kais ears. Lloyd looked at Cole then back at Kai waiting for a response,
Kai chuckled "w-what?" His grip on Lloyds hair tightened but not enough to hurt "well i think i like you? It seems right, and i have been thinking about it.. but were both boys" he paused and played with his hands, "well I've liked you for a bit i just tried to hide it because i thought you were straight. You are beautiful though, and not just looks wise" Coles mind spoke without thinking, maybe it was the few drinks he had, or that its been bottling up for too long and this is when it cracks. Cole doesn't even seem to know.

As the earth ninja begins to spill out all his love for his fellow teammate, the ninja just starred a him in shock. Though Zane and Jay have been betting on the two falling for each other for a bit, they sure didn't bet that either would ask out the other like this?! Pixels and Nyas hearts melted as this boy complemented every part of Kai, his bads and goods. Meanwhile Kais ears were on fire, literally, small dancing flames sat on the top tip of the fire ninjas ears, it made small glows on each side. Lloyd "awed" as Cole kept going, not knowing when to stop or if he could.

"And ill under stand if you don't like me back but ive wanted this off my chest" Cole placed his hand on Kais soon after talking, but quickly pulled away when he felt his skin burn
"ah sorry sorry!" Kai pleaded as the other shaked the hot sensation off his hand.

But to make matters worse for Kai, his hair quickly grew into a big flame. His cheeks grew red from the humiliation causing his whole face to glow a red.
Kai shook his head around before trying to pat down the flames "awh Kai!" His sister cried, love struck. Jay and Nyas held hands tightly as they watched this scene. Lloyd had taken his head off awhile ago (mainly when he got burnt on the head) and also watched love struck.

Soon Kai finally calmed down and the flames died down, he used all his confidence too even much take a peak at Cole "you ok?" He asked with a soft laugh and a small smile.

Which caused his hair to again dance in flames.

Zane laughed as he brung his hand up and wiggled his fingers, lightly spraying ice on Kai. His flames sizzled out and he shivered. Lloyd rolled his eyes "oops!" He sarcastically said not looking as he pushed the back of his brother onto his crush.

But without a word Cole had grabbed Kai and smiled down on him, his two hands placed on the ninja in reds face "may i, before you turn into fire again" and without hesitation Kai grabbed onto Coles face and slammed there's together.

"YEAHHH!!" Jay screamed, but soon was shut up with a slap on the back of the head from his girlfriend. "I guess Kais confidence came back.." Lloyd murmured as he started to hear slobs and soft groans "woah guys-" Pixel swung her hands up "LLOYDS HERE!" Jay yelled as a reminder, Kai waved his hand at the back off them telling all of them to fuck off.
