After a wild mission far from there monastery the ninja where burned out "i feel like i can sleep forever!" Jay said flopping on his bed, in the middle of the room there was a low table with pillows around it, everyones beds where all up against the wall only leaving the one wall open with small pictures and trinkets.

Zane sat down with Kai on the pillows, Kai had burn marks falling all down his body along with dirty cuts. "You need to be more careful with your element Kai, you burning yourself is also burning your GI and master Wu always has to get a new one" Zane comments well cleaning the dirt off of Kais cuts, Kai hissed at the sting "ffff.. yeah but im the master of fiya its going to happen anyway" He said with a shrug and a smirk "Nyas the master of water and you dont see her wet like a dog" Lloyd saids taking his armour off then throwing it on his green bed "Pft! So what, its a slip up.." Kai says well lifting back up his sleeve, Nya walks in the room with a worried look "wheres Cole?" She asks looking around the room.

Kai stands up with Zane and they shrug "is everything alright with him?" Kai asks "i don't know, at the end of the mission he seemed.. off. It's probably just me" Nya muttered the last part as she walked to her bed, Kai have a reassuring smile and walked up to his sister "ill look for him, make sure hes alright" Kai pats Nyas shoulder and walks out the room. "Ahh~" Jay groans "what love birds im i right?" He adds striking a smirk from his girlfriend and Lloyd.

Kais feet hit the cold wood floors every time he made a step, it was very quiet around here not much going on. He was looking around the ship and listening to as much as he can, thanks to being a ninja it wasnt hard to not hear something. Kai stopped when he heard soft sobbing coming room the next room, he slowly walked up to the door and opened it quietly he as a habit of not knocking "Cole?" Kai calls out as he walks into the washroom, the earth ninja was sitting on the floor well he held something in his hands. Seeing a big guy with massive muscles crying isn't something you see everyday especially Cole, he slowly looked up from the ground and freaked when he saw Kai "ah! Kai *BANG* AHg- h-hey!!" As he was trying to get up he hits is head on the skink "oh dude are you alright?!" Kai asks walking up to Cole as he was bent down rubbing his head "yeah yeah thanks," he sniffs now rubbing away the tears of his face "what's wrong buddy?" Kai takes his hand in Coles and looks at him with full attention "oh, nothing it's nothing" he muttered as his face turns a bit red, he removed his hand from Kais and hid his other hand behind him. Kai looked down at his arm at the back of Cole and raised a brow "Cole, what's wrong you can tell me?" Kai said looking back up and Cole slowly.

"Please it's nothing, just go" Cole wasn't someone to be rude, his heart his made out of gold he's a great guy, that's probably why Kai liked him so much "Cole, i cant leave you hear without knowing your ok." Cole tired to hide a soft smiled and failed causing Kai to also smile "was his smile always this cute?" Kai thought looking a Coles lips, the earth ninjas smile didn't stay for long though "i uhm," he new Kai wouldn't leave without an explanation so he really just had one choice, his hand slowly came out from behind his back with his hand still closed. He blinked away some tears and opened his fingers slowly, Kais rough hands brushed on the back of Coles trying to see what it was.

There was a picture of Kai and Nyas family all together posing, Nya and Kai in the front and Maya and Ray in the back, the family looked happy, smiling big and putting there arms up like they won something. It looked pretty old by the burn mark on the corner of the picture and how it was crumpled, but it wasn't. Maybe took a month or two? Kai couldn't tell. but next to that was a brownish picture of his mom, now that one was definitely old. It had folded marks all over it and was falling apart at the ends, she looked maybe 20? Couldn't tell. Kai had a frown on his face as he looked back up and Cole, his head turned away as he sniffed back tears. He's always been there for everyone but never himself, Kai new he needed it most now.

Kai smiled softly and put is hand in Coles, the two pictures between there hands "oh Cole," Kai said with a hug still holing his hand "your mother would be very proud of who you are" Cole started to cry when Kai said that and hugged back, his cheek leaning on the top of Kais head.

His hug got tighter as the red ninja talked "you have become such a great ninja and such a good friend, you always know what to say or what to do when all seems lost." Kai rubbed Coles back with his free hand "your mother," he paused and smiled more "i see where most of her beauty came from, personality and looks" Cole smiled and his body did that little laugh jump.

"But she wouldn't want you to hold on to her forever, and i don't be forget her. I mean be happy for what you have now, shes still with you" Kai pulled away a little and pointed to Coles heart "here" he said, i guess that flicked a switch for Cole because he started balling his eyes out. Kai began to wonder if he said something wrong or said to much, but by the way Cole was still holing on to him he thought differently. After a bit Kais feet where now not touching the floor, and he was beginning to see stars from Cole hugging to tightly. Before Kai could pass out Cole let go setting him back on the ground and looked down at Kai, his eyes still full off tears. He must have been bottling this up, but then something caught Coles attention. Before Kai could ask he was brung into a kiss, well maybe a peck.

Cole pulled away fast and backed up  his cheeks now pink as candy "shoot im sorry i didn't mean to you where just so nice and you looked really cute- i mean nice im sorry Kai" Cole spat out quickly causing Kai to smile and giggle, his face was also very pink maybe turning into a dark red "Cole its ok" Kai said picking up the pictures that fell from there hands "here" Kai gave them both back "ill let you keep the picture of my family if you tell me how you got it?" Kai said raising a brow, Cole smiled taking them and putted them down in his GI "when we were at battle if fell out of your GI, i picked it up and kept it until the end. That's when i looked at it and i guess it all just hit.." Kai walked closed to Cole and pulled him out before giving him a kiss on the cheek "next time tell me before you bottle it all up, i may not be the best talker but im probably the best listener. Thats if i care." He scoffed at the end, Cole smiled at the kiss and comment then nodded.

Kai was just " inspecting " Coles face with a smirk until he noticed Coles head turned a bit and his face turning a dark red, he was looking at and fourth with Kai and the wall. The fire ninja was on his tipy toes well leaning towards Coles face, he was really looking i guess. Kai then smiled bigger at the way Coles reaching "so, lets get this off your mind.. why don't i take you out for a date cutie?" One of Kais cheesy flirts, of course. But Cole smiled and shook his head abit with a scoff "really?" He asked "of course, i gotta really show you who i am" he said with a wink, Kai grabbed Coles hand at went to walk out. Cole smiled happyle like nothing could ever make him sad again.

As they Kai stepped foot outside he was barged with "AWWWWS" and "OOOOS" from his ninja friends, everyone was there. Even Wu?! "MY SWEET SWEET LITTLE BROTHER IS FINALLY DATING!!" Nya screams pulling Kai in for a hug pulling on his cheeks "ahg! Im- older then you-!" He struggles to say from the presser of Nya, she drops Kai and gives lovey eyes "i would like to say i saw this coming" Wu comments making Jay and Lloyd laugh "we also did" Zane a Pixel said with a smile "YOU DID ITTT! Well Kai did but THERE YOU GO COLE!" Jay yells like a little girl and slaps Cole on the back "5 YEARS?" Jay added causing Cole to slam his hand into Jays mouth "haha HA Jay.." Coles voice sharpens.

Lloyd smiles and messes up Kais hair "you finally did it, years ive waited YEARS" he yells the last part until he brings Kai and Cole both into a hug causing Jay and Nya to join also mediately, Zane and Pixel also join soon after and Wu just smiles, the chicken then jumps ontop on Coles head and gets comfy as Kai and him are being squished together.

Sorry i haven't been posting, school is on its way and im stressing out alot. Ill try posting more but here ya go.
