Chaper 10

I wake up in the morning kinda tired I'm in no mood for school ughhhhh my mom comes in saying "get up sweetie" I sit up stretching my arms then say "can't you just give me ten minutes" my hair was already curled so I didn't need the extra time. She laughs then says "I gave you ten more minutes fifteen minutes ago common I already gave an outfit ready for you" I groan covering my face she takes the covers off of me I finally get up going over to my vanity I automatically start doing my makeup.

When she sees me she pulls me up then says "common up hurry" I laugh then say "okay" I look at the outfit more heels great I sigh changing in front of her she hands me a bracelet with a moon to put on. She says "I just came out with these boots and that bracelet" I smile then say "I like both of them the laces on the boots are cute" she smiles then says "awesome your the first one to wear them" I live my mom for this reason that when she designs she thinks if me its cute.

She rubs my shoulders then says "plus you have a boyfrend now you should always look cute" I smile then say "he's not my boyfriend mom". She smiles then says "but why not you two look so cute together you guys are always out on the porch together now" I blush then say "I don't know it just hasn't been brought up yet". She says "why not ohh have you guys kissed yet"? I blush harder then day "mom ohhh my gosh stop" she replies "I'm not your dad common". She looks at me then squels she says "your blushing so hard sweetie aww you have" I reply "shhhhh don't tell dad he'll kill me I'm not 100% how he feels about Matt yet cuz you know".

She responds "he likes him he's just very protective you know that plus your dad was once a bad boy" I laugh then say "I don't know mom every time we sit out on the porch I can feel him looking at us through the window" she says "well I like him and daddy will come around". My dad calls my mom downstairs I follow behind her as we go into the kitchen my dad says "common let's go to hardware store so you can choose which toliet you want". My mom decided that since they were fixing it why not get a new one she says she wasn't a big fan of it anyways.

I grab my purse putting all my school stuff in it except for my binder it was the only thing that didn't fit so I hold it in my hands. I walk my parents to the door I was gonna walk to school today since they had to the whole bathroom thing my dad opens the front door to reveal Matthew holding a Starbucks passion tea and scone I smile. My dad says "Hi Matt we'll have to meet later were leaving" my Mom nudges my dads shoulder giving him a duh face I laugh then Matt says "actually I came to pick up Lylee I wanted to surprise her".

My dad makes a 'mmmmhmm' sound as my mom says "aww Hector now isn't that sweet and convenient since you can't drive her this morning". My dad says "Matt seems like were running a bit early so I can drop her off but thanks for stopping by" my dad walks out we all follow behind him my mom hold my hand then says "he's kidding Matt he'd be happy for you to take her". I rub my shoulders I feel awkward as hell though its really sweet Matt came for me then I hear two voices say "princess" I widen my eyes ohh my gosh my mom 'awww's' again.

Matt holds my hand with his free one then says "we better get to school we don't wanna be late" I say goodbye under my breath my mon smiles wavung my dad says "you better drive at the speed limit Espinosa Matt laughs then says "will do Officer Perez". Matt helps me in the car then hops over to his side he hands me the drink and scone then says "here I got you breakfast" I peck his cheek then say "Thank you I'm sorry about my dad he's just getting used to it" he says "its okay I totally get it babe I mean at least your Mom seems to like me".

I nod as he pulls out of my driveway driving towards school as I eat my scone I ask Matt "you didn't get yourself anything" he shakes his head then says "nope I know how much you like that drink teavana doesn't open til ten". I reply "thanks that was nice of you" I feed him the other half of my scone. I drink my tea for the rest of the drive, once we arrive at school Matt zooms into the parking lot taking the spot in front of the school in other words his parking spot no one ever takes it.
