"Come on, come on, refresh!" Molly said panicking as she held her phone. "Ugh! Why isn't this working?!" (Y/n) asked as her phone wasn't loading either. Their brother Darryl was on the computer. "Nothing on the school website or the local news' accounts. What is taking so long?!" He asked. "Good morning! I'm Joanie Pataky," the trio quickly rush over to the tv. "I know all you kids at home are watching to see which schools are closed so let's get down to business. Snow business. Perfektborg... closed! Mewline... closed! Oconohaw, closed! Closed... closed... closed! And... That's it." She said. "What?! No! That's every town around us!" Molly said. "Why?!" (Y/n) said dramatically as the three fell back. "Hold on a tick. We've got late‐breaking news! There's also a snow day for..." the trio look at the tv desperately. "Brighton!" Joanie Pataky said. "Snow day!" The siblings said, before each one broke out dancing in celebration. Molly and (Y/n) soon collapse. "I'm going out to play with Becca and Charlie! Whoo!!"

Darryl said as he grabs a sleigh and ran and slid down the snow. Molly gasped and quickly closed the door, then their best friend Libby calls. "Hi, this is‐‐" Libby began. "Libby! Snow day! Get over here! Scratch!" Molly called, as she broke the fourth wall. "Oh, Scratch!" (Y/n) called teasingly. Scratch then began to float away but tried to resist. "Oh, no‐no‐no‐no‐no! I was just about to eat my dream waffles!" He shouted, but despite his pleas he was pulled towards the twins. "I'm glad you're up!" (Y/n) said. "You know that whole "Rest in Peace" thing? You're both ruining that for me." He said. "Sorry, bud, this couldn't wait because today is a snow day!" Molly said, as she pulled out a purple box. "This, my good Scratch and twin, is a list of all the fun things we have to do on a snow day!" Molly opened the box and pulls out the piece of paper. "Let me paint you both a picture. "Hmph." Scratch replied.

"We've got sledding..." Molly began. "Why am I the one pushing?" Scratch asked, and (Y/n) snickers. "We got snow ball fights!" Molly said. "Why am I juggling? You know I don't even know how to juggle." Scratch said. "I can teach you." (Y/n) smirks at him. "No thanks." Scratch said. "We got snow cones made from real snow." Molly continued. "Tell me this is lemon." Scratch hoped. "And that's just the beginning of the list! Aren't you so excited?!" Molly asked as the long list drops on the floor, and (Y/n) snickers again. "Oh yeah, he's thrilled." She said. Scratch turns to glare at her for a moment before looking back at Molly. "Yeah, all kidding aside, No! Mm. It looks cold out there." He said a as he looks out the window and shivers. "Sorry, Scratch. But you're gonna have to get on board 'Cause Libby's coming over, and y'know, once she's here, it'll be three versus one. Majority rules! That's just 'Friendship Law'. Molly said.

"Is it, though?" (Y/n) asked, and this time Scratch snickers. "Jeez, you always have to have your way, don'cha?" He asked. "It's my most charming trait!" Molly said. "You get used to it." (Y/n) said. "Do we?" Scratch asked her. The trio open the door once Libby arrives and flinch when they see her state. "It's cold, girls. Real cold." Libby said as she shivered. Scratch screams and flew back into the wall as he turns into ice. Molly forces the door closed. "Okay, so there's a slight wind chill‐‐ but we have to spend the day outside! That's what snow days are about!" Molly said as (Y/n) grabs some tools to get the ice off Libby. "Or maybe we just spend the day doing hygge instead?" Libby asked. "Hoo‐goo‐what now?" Molly asked. "Oh, It's the Danish art of being comfy‐cozy! Hygge is about staying warm in front of a blazing fire, snuggling under a fluffy blanket and hanging out with your best pals while drinking hot cocoa!" Libby said as she shows Molly pictures on her phone. "Oh, that sounds great!" (Y/n) said.

"Oh, sorry, Libs but (Y/n), Scratch and I are really set on tackling this snow day list so... uh, three against one!" Molly said. "Ah‐ah‐ah! Wait‐wait‐wait. Libby, my dear friend, I think you just might be on to something. I love the idea of hygge! You know how much I love getting comfy." Scratch said, then flew on top of her head. "Well, maybe we could do that on a different non‐snow day but‐‐" Molly continued, then grabs Scratch and (Y/n), who quickly escaped her grasp. "So, Libby wants to do hygge. And I want to do hygge. And I don't know about you but it sounds like (Y/n) wants to as well. I mean, I'm not great at math, but I think we've got three‐guh for hygge versus you‐guh. And majority rules, right, Molly?" He asked.
