Small bit of angst and fluff!

!AU! Wukong raised Mk until 3 due to the Celestial Realm threating to take Mk away. This is an actual book I'm slowly working on!

Wukong was sitting on top of his roof as the small opening of his cave revealed stars that danced across the sky.

You could probably even hear them shimmer. But you couldn't. Not with the small cries Wukong released from his throat. He sobbed and sobbed under his breath quietly cussing. He wanted to see his Cub. His son...But he lost that child after being left with 2 horrible fates.

The Celestial Realm found out Wukong had a young one and wanted to take him away out of fear he would turn out like Wukong. But the Sun couldn't. No. He WOULDNT let them go near his cub. Not after all he went through himself. He didn't want his son to suffer the fate of the gods.

But he could also give his Cub away...Somewhere else where no one could do harm. Where no gods could touch him. But at the cost he'd never see his child again.

That was worth it if it meant his cub would forever be safe.
Wukong kept crying silently until he felt a familiar warmth wrap around his tail. He knew who it was. Highly aware that his opposite sat behind him. He wanted to yell. Scream. Anything. But he leaned into the touch and began sobbing silently while hugging the figure's arm.

"I'm a horrible father.."
"You aren't. You did what you thought was right okay, Shi-Hou. Don't ever doubt that."
"....Thank you Liuer Mihou.."

"Of course."
